me gusto la idea de bailar y trabajar mi abs pero la camara se mueve mucho a diferentes angulos y no de puede seguir el paso correctamente. Si al menos se quedara por un medio minito enfocando por ejemplos los pies o la cintura estaria mejor. Pero lo mejor es mantener la camara de frente mas statica asi uno puede apreciar y cashar el moviiento correctamente. Lo digo por aquellas que no somos expertas en el baile. Podrias acercar mas la camara tambien y asi se vera mejor todos los movientos de coordinacion. Gracias
I’m 51 and I’ve just started doing your ‘dancer abs moves’ and I’m becoming much more agile than ever before and I’m beginning to see a better looking stomach, it’s been a good 3 weeks of doing these daily plus walking. I’m not looking as pregnant as before. I’m so happy 😃 I’ve picked up the moves really well and love the chatter / encouragement throughout the routine. Beautiful dancers too
I agree! This would be awesome. If the whole body was shownd the whole time... the moving around especially between movements makes it challenging to follow the moves.
The camera is all over the place- but this is a GREAT quick routine! It's fun, simple and gets you worked out fast. Any dance routine takes me quite a few times to get down, so I have to watch it a few times regardless. I also love the instructors energy.
This video reminded me when I went dance lessons and learned these warm up movements and how to do dancing standing abs. In general I don't like to do abs but these movements really work when you learn to do it well and concentrate.It took some time but when you get it you feel so good when you are doing it.If you aren't professional dancer etc. every second day or 2-3 times a week is enough to make you feel flexible and stronger-supported in your middle body.Also remember to stretch abs well after and pause days to not getting pains.

awesome thanks! i need to try it first time with 0.5 speed and then after i familiarize with the moves, speed it up to 0.75. i can take the challenge of normal speed tomorrow! hope that this advice would help others too who are in need of more guidance to start the dancing vibe

God Bless you for this video. I have a neck injury so crunches are not an option. This is so easy to do. Thank you for focusing on abs w/o those dreaded crunches.
I agree with the changing camera angles. I'm a dancer, but when I'm doing fitness I don't want to have to think so much about steps. If the video is longer with a lot of repeats, changing camera angles once the routine is learned makes sense. Close ups during a routine from the beginning is confusing unless the close ups are for the purpose of breaking down the steps. If I were not a dancer, I would get frustrated.

In the 80s they had jazzercise and different aerobic classes that were so much more intense than any of the new classes. One got such a great work out and their heart rate was elevated much more than today’s dance and or aerobic classes

I agree with everyone, stay with the wide shot and let us see what is going on. Zooming in is counter productive for this type of video. My lady has been trying this and she can't quite see what they are doing to keep up. Great vid tho, she says that it is a tiny, but mighty workout!

So glad I found this video! Easy to do on a break from sitting at my desk all day. I didn't really find too big of an issue with the camera work or the commentary during the video. If I missed something, it was easy enough to rewind or wait a few seconds to see what I'd missed.
This looks gooood. I used to dance before I was pregnant. Now my son is turning 2 yrs and I want to have that energy that I used to have while still danced. Just did HIIT though, so I will try this tomorrow.

Usually Aerobics are too dorky for me since I had some ballet and dancing training. But Katia Pryce is really fun and elegant. She seems a great dancer understanding actual physiology!!

I am in LOVE with is workout. My daily workout is Zumba and I have been searching for a Ab work out with out floor sit ups or crunches.

I would say yes, everything helps.
