    Recap,walking,stretch lying down ,raise both legs,lemon juice ,postures,supine position ,bending legs towards chest,relaxing postures like prone positionand could be child position,relaxing dead posture in Yoga,notice which food is causing u bloating,chew well and eat slowly and less amount.Thank you

      @@vhiap3850 I'm not a doctor, but can share my experience of acid reflux. Avoid regular intake of citrus foods, but 1 tsp lemon juice mixed with 1 tsp honey in 1 cup warm water every morning should be fine. Make sure to eat something solid after 30-40 mins of drinking this lemon water (like poha, upma, corn flakes, idli, chapathi bhaji, porridge etc.), otherwise acid reflux may cause some issues.
      Also, to help with acid reflux, sleep with your head at a little bit higher level than the rest of the body, so that the stomach acid doesn't travel up to the mouth during sleep. It also helps to eat cooling foods like ash gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, buttermilk, salads, fruits and simple home cooked meals like khichdi, kadhi, kanjee etc. and vegetables cooked in minimal oil and spices.
      Avoid tea, coffee, non veg and any processed foods, e.g. chips, sauces, fried food, restaurant food etc.
      Also, try to have meals at the same time every day and have early dinner around 7-7:30pm.

    1. Walking ( in each 10 steps, try to put your abdomen in and out thrice, repeat 3 times)
    2. HAsthpadangusthasan ( inhale , raise both hands up, exhale, raise both legs up) - if backache, only raise one leg, not both
    3. Lemon Juice
    4. Pabanamuktasan ( lie on you mat, inhale deeply, exhaling bend your legs towards your tummy)

      Acid reflux...have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar? It got rid of my acid reflux. I take the ACV gummies. Everyday.

    Good information. Unfortunately if someone have inflammation in the stomach lining, latoces intolerance, some kind of bacterial infection, then it is not easy to cure.
