    I’m in tears…my heartburn was so bad at nights I could not sleep and it messed up my sleep cycle for a while. I did this exercise for 10 mins and I fell asleep. I am writing this review as I woke up from restful sleep!!! Thank you so so much!

      @@kkkkjjjj8113 I did it with my fingers and it worked. This is what I did with success: Go where the two sides of your rib cage meet. Split down middle. Right and left. I took middle and ring finger do one side at a time. Press in and up under the side of rib on the one side. I went under rib and up a bit at same time with moderate pressure. Will be slightly uncomfortable. I held for just a bit, released then did same other side. Good luck. It won't feel great just slightly uncomfortable. It literally stopped my HB IMMEDIATELY. I hope it works for others. Miracle for me!!!! I even ate a bunch of bad stuff and drank alcohol which is an instant trigger for me before bed and normally I'd absolutely SUFFER. It was completely GONE. I tried apple cider vinegar , eating stuff to improve gut biome. Nothing worked except this. I could kiss this guy!! 🎉🎉🎉❤

    I have been dealing with heartburn, acid reflux, nausea, and indigestion for about two years now. I’ve seen many doctors and had many procedures to try and figure out why. Drs haven’t figured it out yet but I’ve been trying to do a lot of research on my own to figure out what I can do so it doesn’t take charge of my life anymore.

      Check out Dr berg. Sounds like your stomach needs to be more acidic.

      ​@llinalayful my stomachs lower part called antral, where acids produces and that are is damaged ( medically called antral atrophy). Now cure but you have to have several small meals a day, avid fried foid, caffeine, the foods that causes gas and difficult to digest kike alk kinds of fats and citrus products, Tomatoes etc

    Exercise 1: Breathing
    Sit at the edge of a chair with your back straight and your knees spread.
    Inhale through your nose, filling your lungs.
    Exhale completely through your mouth.
    Drop forward between your knees, letting your upper body hang and push out any remaining air through your mouth.
    Close your mouth, pinch your nostrils closed, and come back to an upright position.
    Create suction by inhaling against your closed mouth and nostrils. Do not open your mouth or nose.
    Continue until you have to take in air.
    Finish.

      I have been suffering from acid reflux for a long time now. My chest has been paining like heart related problem. I did alot of test for heart but the results where coming negative. Lastly i was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori. And i was told this has been the cause of the problem. Besides that i do experience hearburn and lot of mucus on the throats for the past 5months now. What should do to get ride of this mucus on the throats Dr?

    This is awesome! I've been suffering from acid reflux/heartburn/IBS symptoms for 14 months. Out of desperation and a bit of experimentation on my end, I've been doing the same exact procedures with slight modifications. I gulp in as much air as possible into my windpipe and push the air down into my diaphragm whenever I experience these attacks. Then, using my thumb I push it deeply into the arch area of the rib cage. Finally, when I really need quick relief, I drink hot water. Yes, hot water somehow breaks down the acid which provides you with quick relief. Ok then, good luck to all!!

      I sometimes drink hot tea. It doesn't stop all the reflux but it does help some. Fight "fire with fire". Do whatever works.

    I tried antacids, avoiding spicy foods, putting my mattress on an slight upward angle, I even went to the GI doctor and they prescribed me medicine which helped only a little bit, BUT DOING THIS SIMPLE EXERCISE JUST A COUPLE OF TIMES HAS REDUCED ME WAKING UP WITH A BURNING / PAINFUL SENSATION AROUND MY ABDOMEN, THIS ACTUALLY WORKED FOR ME!       You probably have a hiatal hernia. I went from not having heartburn to terrible heartburn that sent me to the ER. Thanks to an injury

      The pain is worse no matter how many exercises I have done. I ended up having gallstones. Removed my gallbladder, and the doctor said it was pretty bad now, no pain, so yay!

    3 years with gerd . Endoscopy revealed very small ulcer on upper part of stomach . Doctor said it’s due to your upper sphincter is opened .I feel burning in stomach and chest my life feels like hell . More I take medicine and herbal remedies more it worsen . My children my husband all feel sorry as my family life is disturbed due to always crying in pain . I am going to do these exercises not sure will get relief or not as I am kind of disappointed now but One thing I must say about this guy is You are brilliant I read all comments I really appreciate how he is responding comments he does not ignore your questions and concerns ,Great work Sir .

      Try eating a slice of raw potato, without the skin. It helped like magic. I also had an endoscopy and my stomach was full of ulcers as well😢

    Three months ago I learned this exercise and I practiced it for about 15 days and the acid reflux problem clearly improved, then I stopped it and I have resumed it now after watching the video again and I have seen that it can be done with much more perfection. point and I plan to practice it like this
    I have also found that it is a relief not only for esophageal and stomach tension but also improves digestion and waste elimination.

    NEVER before have I ever had relief from any condition immediately but I did from this one!!
    I’ve had severe heartburn ( GERD) day and night for years !
    After just the first simple exercise I noticed immediate relief!
    I don’t even have to do it more than once a day!
    I’ve never done the pressure point exercise

      You can basically use any comparable item, eg. a carved cone from a bottle of wine or simply your thumbs. 🙂 Just look for an alternative household item that you've already got at home. 🙌

      My doctor put me on Omeprazole and I had bad side effects. Dizziness, confusion and I stopped after 3 days. I'm due to have an endoscopy in 2 weeks and I found these exercises and they work. I will cancel the endo if no heartburn.

      @@alcambrola2834just came across your comment about cancelling the endo, would not recommend that because your symptoms could indicate underlying conditions. It’s great that the exercises helped the symptoms but you should find out the causes and endo is the gold standard for this.

      Hi. I am also a Classical singer! I dont have Acid reflux but Silent Reflux (LPR) and it can also be very hard and painful. i just tried this and i think it helps! I will keep doing it! Also i find that 100% Aloe Vera juice for drinking help as-well 🙂🙂🙌 Do you have any other recommendations?

    OMG ! this helped me immediately... I was suffering from acid reflux (GERD) and took Pantocid 40 mg / Digekraft 20 ml / 2 bottles of Yakut / Enterogermina 1 vial/fennel seeds / one bowl of curd/water / no go - still suffering - got on to you tube n bumped into this video - did these exercises - 3 times n It instantly relieved me of the symptoms.... I'm feeling much better now... had to share this right away so that other ppl can benefit... thanks a lot for making this video -

    Thank so much for this. Dealing with heartburn for about 2 weeks. Headaches and wierd fevers that I was not able to control with ibuprofen. Got some omeprozole took for about 4 days it provides little to no relief. Found your video went from feeling complettly miserable to back to normal in matter of seconds. headache went away, so did the fever. Just amazing thank you

      Avoid any body pain medication when having acid reflux or GERD. Just be strictly on diet. We will definitely get better. It’s not a death sentence.

    Been suffering from gerd for 6 months. I always thought that Im having a heart attack since it has the same symptoms. Tried a lot of antacids such us Tums and Gaviscon but to no success. I tried this exercise and it worked! The pinching of the nose while trying to grasp air is kinda hard but trust me, it really works. Thank you so much!!!

    I have been an active chain smoker for like the past 2-3 years ! i had this problem way back and it went away ! but now after so many years ! I came across this problem again ! i had a really bad 3 days which went like hell ! I stopped smoking ! the next day after I quit smoking.....now i feel way better.. and i guess smoking can also cause this disease ! as LES gets weakened and the acid from the stomach crawls up to the food pipe ! I Have not tried this exercise but I somehow made it through it ! will certainly try ! I am far way better than yesterday ! I hope i get healed up soon ! as i am an international student, it is hard for me to work and study !

      Can prevent heart burn.. Following Islamic Teachings.. I had to keep an antacid bottle nearby my bed all every night for many years since my childhood... Many nights lost my sleep.. Had to take antacid 2-3 times during night sleep.
      1) eat with chewing properly and should not swallow the food deliberately.. Chewed food should mix with plenty of saliva and move into esophagus without swallowing.. (even water should be kept in the mouth for 4-5 sec and mix with saliva and then let it go)
      2) Try to avoid drinking water amid having a meal.. If needed should have a very small quantity.
      3) should not drink any water for 1.5 to 2 hours after a meal..
      4) should not go to bed or lay on your back after having a meal for atleast 1.5 to 2 hour..
      5) quantity of food per meal should be less.. Stomach should not feel a full tummy after very meals..
      This will improve digestion, quality of digestion (can properly absorb nutrients, complete digestion of food, so no constitution) no heartburns.

    Unbeliavable. A youtube video that works. Man, this is amazing, thank you. I can't believe that after passed from doctor to doctor, such a simple thing can dramatically change the problem.       Have you ever gone for an endoscopy? I'm due for one in 2 weeks and I found this site yesterday 5/8. I did the exercises and the burn is gone. If it keeps working, I'm cancelling the endo.

    I've been getting very bad reflux and nasal congestion. I used a saline rinse hours ago and after trying this technique a lot of rinse I didn't even know was there came out. I'm going to keep trying this. Thankyou for a new idea.

    Thought I was going to die last night. First time I experienced such great pain. I saw your video, did the breathing exercise and felt better instantly. I did the massages right after and pain was gone in less than one minute. Amazing!!! Thank you so much for this Dr. God bless😊

      I had acid reflux/heartburn after my second dose vaccine and due to drinking kalamansi juice twice a week without eating,.I have anxiety too I was so worried I have so many what if's in my mind maybe because of my vaccine ..I feel like I always full,keeps throwing up,shortness of breath ,sour or bitter taste hard to sleep at night hopefully this breathing exercise help me I am so worried 😭

      We're so sorry to hear this, Ann! 😥 We definitely understand how painful and exhausting these conditions can be, especially if you're having trouble breathing - that can't be a nice feeling at all! 😞 Therefore, give our exericses a try which are designed to help with the actual cause of acid reflux and heartburn (which are muscular-fascial tensions in your diaphragm and frontal body structures) and add our breathing problems exercises, that can help to open your chest up. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-breath In our experience your shortness of breath could also be down to shortened fascia and muscles in the chest, so practise daily and remember to hold each stretch for at least 2 minutes!       I've my Pfizer 2nd dose in May. In June, reflux started. Got worst in Aug till now....the 2 exercises helped my pain tonight....no proof that vaccine contributed, so just have to accept it...sad

    Heartburn has been bothering me for the longest time and I think it started when I was in middle school but the thing is I didn't realize it was heartburn. I tried this and it worked instantly so thank you so much for this! It really blessed my heart and I'm at peace now!

      @@mimisenpai4589 i casually realise that. I was eating to much spciy which is takis. I eat takis laying on a bed. Well i dont eat when i go to school i dont like the lucnh i starve many times. The reason why i had acid reflux is i starved alot and i drank cold waters and ate takkis so which i need to eat alot of anny food which not sour. Takis luckily i just eat random foods instead of other junk foods. Well i eat junk food and it cleared me alot. The reason its starve and eating to many takissssss. I dont have acid no more just tiny litle bit of acid. U ate oatmeal 3 days and cleared me. Just change your diet and i do tricks if you hav acid reflux while in the bed. Or elese you want to have heartburn again. I have sore throat which i have a medecine that can relief acid on my lungs so my lungs are back to normal. If you teied my tips it wont work for you. Im lucky from this acid reflux. Amen god thank you for clearing our sins from the devil. May wish to spread the gospel. Amen.🙏🏼

    OMG THE SECOND EXERCISE!!
    I was in pain all night. Did not sleep a wink. Tried everything. My chest was in agony. Tried the 2nd exercise using the end of a remote control (desparate) for a couple of minutes and instant relief. Not completely gone but relief is enough for now.

      Can you please explain how to do the second excersise? I am not cleared with the second one, how to suck the air when both the mouth and nose are shut at the same time?

    Brilliant! Used the knuckle of my second finger to do push up into my ribs. Instant relief! I always wondered why breathing was difficult when I get heartburn. Last time I had it so bad I almost passed out from not being able to breathe. I wish I would have known of this then. Thank you! And goodnight. 😴

      @@babycareandtips9573 sounds like you have a more serious case than I do! I only get acid reflux occasionally - this definitely worked for me for a one off, but if you have a consistent problem you should probably see a GI doc!

    [I am so happy to be able to comment on how beneficial these practices have been in helping me to alleviate my acid reflux/heartburn. It has been several years I've suffered with acid reflux and didn't realize that's what it was and it just kept getting worse and worse. I went to the doctor and started using some meds which made the symptoms worse and tried a number of natural remedies including ACV. But as I getting to the point of feeling hopeless, I clicked on this video that was related to the others I was watching.
    I can only say thank you, thank you THANK YOU! Your breathing exercises and the stretches are the only thinks that have helped to give relief. To make sure I was truly feeling better as a result of your recommendations, I practiced the techniques for over a week and it was obvious that I was feeling so much better. I wanted to make sure that I gave a real positive comment after I tried it and it worked. I've shared your videos and techniques with a number of people so far. They are benefitting too. Huge GRATITUDE!]

    Have been having severe heartburn and acid reflux due to early stages of pregnancy. Gosh I can't believe how fast this has helped me. It can become daunting living with heartburn. Thank you for your help. 😭❤️

    This exercise really helps, I tried it as soon as I watched your video. I have been suffering from GERD for almost 2 years now. It also affects my BP every time GERD attacks. Doing medication but nothing works. This exercise gives me fast relief. Thanks 🙏

      I've been suffering from GERD since August, 23. Already done upper endoscopy and ultrasound. Everything is positive. I've been continuously taking anti reflux medicine like Nexpro 40, Nexpro L, Sompraz 40..and many other pro biotics and syrups. Nothing is working. Now I'm totally frustrated as it is hindering my studies.

    Instant relief from pain coming from mid stomach. Though i still feel bloated and some pressure. Been suffering from hyperacidity for 5 years now.
