I will repeat this video so that I get the hang of it. Very good to practice coordination with memory.

Yes Jeanne - this one requires a lot of repetition to get it. Thats part of learning and strengthening the brain. I am so glad you are sticking with it. You will see, it will get easier with time. Keep me posted.

Great class, Lauren! Liked the 'Out in kick, out in opposite' exercise and the 'jacks, jacks with scissor arms' combo. Kept me on my toes! Keep up the FUN classes.

Heidi - I'm really happy you enjoyed that sequence of movements. I found them kind of tricky when I was putting it together and was wondering if anyone else found them tricky too. :)

Thank you, Lauren, from Holland Michigan. This was challenging (for me, the hardest part was switching sides after the kicks), but you made it easy/easier to follow. We both appreciated your explanations about why you included each part. ❤

Thanks so much for your comment friends!! It's great to know that you enjoyed the challenges of this class. It's a lot more motivating when you know the 'why' behind each exercise isn't it?! Thanks for joining us

Lauren, very good session and not too difficult. The hard part was the spelling, since English is not my mother's tongue. Some statistics. My English is not too bad due to my profession (computers), 78 years old, have PD probably close to 10 years, but diagnosed about 5 years ago (doctors). Exercise most of the time with PfP, since you guys are the best. For good intensive walking I use Improved Health site to walk in place at home. Reason, it's impossible walk good outside in the city with a rollator and the hot weather. That's all, folks.

Hey there Moshe, thanks for sharing!! Spelling while exercising really can be quite intense can't it?! Thanks for telling us about your current exercise routine as well - it sounds like you are moving well and taking great care of yourself. Keep it up friend!!

David - thanks for your comments. Yes, using opposite limbs in opposite directions can be very confusing but it strengthens the ability to move contralaterally which is a better and safer way to move. keep up the good work.

As you said Lauren this really got the brain working hard! Great fun. It is one we will have to do again as we struggled a bit on some of the exercises. Loving the back-drop photos. Are they all of Austin.? I thought one looked like a street in London. Many thanks Paula and Jon
