    Today is my 121st consecutive day of 30 minutes or a bit more of Fabulous 50's workouts. I feel stronger, have better balance, and my outlook has improved. Thank you for providing these wonderful routines which are now part of my DAILY routine.
    We are never too old to think positive and act with purpose!

    Thank you so much for keeping us well informed on the nature of our bodies as we grow older. The way you share your knowledge and information is so well explained it is easy for me to understand and incorporate into my daily life. I have never looked so forward to exercising as I do now. That is due in part as I now understand why it must be done and how to do it, but mostly because you are so encouraging, positive and passionate about what you do. Quite frankly, as odd as it may sound, it is fun. You make it fun. You make me feel like I can do it! This new workout is really challenging, and just what I needed.     This is an incredible workout! My husband had cancer, which is now cancer free, but we lived in an apartment in Houston for eight months and I became completely disconnected from working out. Friends of mine kept telling me to start doing yoga after we returned home. I found yoga too slow and boring. Then, I remembered Schellea and fabulous 50s!!! It’s only been a week, using her various videos, and I feel uplifted, energized, and positive about my body again. Everything she says is healing and affirming. Thank you so much!

    Hi Schellea, I just did this workout for the 3rd time and I love it! I just turned 65 and I have to start workouts with weights and I love this and it covers all of the body. I really challenged myself today and I will keep you posted. I love this type of video. I have lost 22 lbs so far!!!

      Schellea, Yes please do a workout with resistance bands! Maybe how to modify the ones with weights with bands? I can’t do weights due to neck issues, but I find that the resistance bands work really well for me. Would really love for you to do a few resistance band workouts!

    I am entering my third week doing these workouts. I love love love these dumbbell workouts. Please keep them coming! I gained 14 pounds over the last year. I lost my Mom among other things and simply ate with abandon. I've never had a weight problem in my life until now ( that I am 45).
    I do need to lose the weight. I do want to get back to my old self. But more importantly, I want to age well. My Mom had ALS and lost all mobility and speech. You are so encouraging in these videos, and I want to honor Mom by staying active.
    Thank you! I do about 2-3 of your videos a day. Plus, Buddy is a great mascot. My little dog who looks like she could be related to Buddy is my workout companion as well!

    Absolutely loved the content and the pace of this workout. Thank you for sharing your time and expertise. You are a real motivator and I appreciate your encouragement to use heavier weights if the first time felt easy. It definitely challenged me and I nearly pulled out at the start of the 3rd super set, and then I remembered you said, form and repetition is key to building muscle with the added weight. Your little buddy is so cute....close to the end the 3rd superset, it was like "okay Mum, that's enough now" as he joyfully jumped up in delight.

    My first ever weights workout!! Loved it!! Would also love a workout that also specifically supports building core strength. Any you could link me to?
