      @@laurenlewis6969 Indeed it was not easy, yet I believe I was able to deal somehow with the changes in tempo. In any case the changes contribute a lot. I will repeat this session. In a few days "she whom we (man) have obey" is about to be hospitalized for a surgery. I plan to be next to her, which means that exercising will suffer. Oh well, we are married in health and in sickness.

    Thanx Lauren. Enjoyable and beneficial session. You did proceed a bit rapidly ( a bit just under 186,000 miles /sec.) at times but then again this one was about bradykinesia so we don't expect you to do it in slow motion. Also though sitting also works, I feel I get more out if it with standing exercises. Can we have more of those? I recall you did a previous one of about 15 mins.a while back on bradykinesia, standing.

    • @PowerforParkinsons
      @PowerforParkinsons  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Marcel! This one was pretty challenging 😅. Impressive to hear to stuck with it. We have a couple playlists with all standing videos. Please take a look at the Standing Warrior series th-cam.com/play/PL5jg5UxfmH0gb5DiPrSjdRD4AWsUtUtGb.html&si=b4KHwzToHhqHeKn_ and the Cardio or Cognition series Cardio & Cognition
      th-cam.com/play/PL5jg5UxfmH0i0rXjeXIxv_YdoBAVdSZvn.html and let us know if you find these helpful. Each Friday there will be a new standing Cardio and Cognition released at 11am CT.

    • @laurenlewis6969
      @laurenlewis6969 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for your comments Marcel - yes this video is addressing Bradykinesia so is meant to be done fast. Don't let it frustrate you. Just work on making your body move faster maybe not as fast as me - that's fine. Practice makes better we are not looking for perfection. Many of these videos can be done standing or seated. Try it seated and if you feel comfortable with the moves try it standing a second time. Obviously there are parts in this video you have to be seated for or you will have to modify the movement. I will try to show you how to modify in future videos for those who want to do the workout standing. Also, we have a fairly new format on fridays that are all standing called Cardio and Cognition. Check those out too.
