Hi Polly! I just discovered this channel! I have Ataxia and I feel that these exercises could benefit me as well. I did notice that after doing just one video It was much easier to walk to work. I live in San Francisco and have to go on inclines and down hills and sometimes I’m so stiff and a bit ataxic shaking that I feel like I look like Frankenstein. I felt much more in control and there was hardly any shaking. I think I will incorporate this into my daily routine. Thank you so much!😊

Thank you, Polly...we enjoyed this as it was broken up into sections and repeated which helps with a new range of exercises. This is the longest session we have done and my husband with PD found it difficult at times especially with the cross lateral movements (as did I) but we will persevere. Take care. Jack loves it when he notices I am getting ready to exercise with PfP... That gives him extra time to play his guitar. All kidding aside, by the time we are wrapping up, I notice my ever-present annoying curling feet are relaxing. What a relief that is! Thanks for helping us!

I like red rome apple and it appears we cannot get them much anymore. That said, I am from Chicago and I am glad I found this exercise. I found this very helpful and I have been been diagnosed with PD for the last two and half years . I am 72 years old male

Hi Polly, this time a number of repeating exercises. Which is good since it gave me an opportunity to improve my previous performances. My apple is Fuji, sweet and juicy.

Hello Moshe, a few people in my in-person class here in Austin also claim Fuji as their favorite apple. I have never tried one but I think I will have to the next time I go to the grocery store! We appreciate your checking in and the comment about doing higher repetitions with some of these exercises. You are right in that it gives us a chance to improve the quality and intensity of our movements, as well as greater blood flow and oxygen to the brain and body. It is all helpful, in different ways! DON’T REMEMBER having seen this before… but there was a “ Like” already there… If I forgot, I blame the Parkinson’s, of course. I like the changes of pace in the head leg touch leg head, etc. part - must have joined after that part. Also liked the blah blah blah and the arrrgh! ( I could barely restrain myself from typing bearly). another perky party poking at the brain cells with Ms. Polly. She (and the other PFP instructors and staff) could be part-time models for PFP merchandise, eh? 😊
