It's interesting how the brain responds to different speeds and when things become automatic isn't it Jon and Paula. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the pace of this class!!
Good afternoon PfP friends along with Polly and Cooper! Looking forward to exercising live today. One of my challenges with Parkinson’s is time. It is so easy to tell myself that I will do something, but my mind and body aren’t always working together. I wonder how many people struggle with this? I am thinking that committing to live programs will help me to be consistent in my experiences.
