Hello Polly and Cooper (good boy) Great workout. Love when classic Polly moves return! Bear. Growl and rhino step over were fun! I challenged myself and did the workout standing and felt great. I especially enjoyed the L/R exercise.section! Thanks Polly!
Hi my name is Sheila and I live in the UK. Loved this class especially the repetitive left and right section. I have stiffness on the left particularly the arm and hand. Since discovering power for Parkinson’s I have seen improvement. Thanks for all the excellent work outs 😃👍
Oh Sheila that is just wonderful to hear!! That is just amazing and must be so encouraging and motivating for you to keep on exercising!! Keep up the great work, we are cheering you on!!
It was such a energetic workout n very tiring too for me but I enjoyed every bit of it.I did yesterday n today again.Cooper was all around to entertain us.Thank u very much polly for guidance.😊😊❤❤
Hi Polly. Very good range of exercises as usual. Paula struggles with swinging her arms and getting the opposite arm and leg moving as should happen when walking so more opposite arm and leg exercises would be good. Many thanks Paula and Jon (Southampton UK - just put this on so others who comment can see where we are from)
polly you r the best. I never miss your program. accept when i fractured my leg due to fall because of my MSA. I wanted to know is it ok to follow ur workout even if one suffers from the MSA ..I also wanted! to tell u that I can't do running on the spot or skipping as my right side is weaker due to MSA ❤❤
I'm still waiting for ur reply to t my question Polly, while sadly I received it just for informing u only my whereabouts. Hoping to find an answer to my actual query. yours truly, Padmini Ravindran
Hi Padmini, thanks so much for your message. We hope that you are recovering from your leg fracture. If you find our exercises beneficial then we would love for you to continue to exercise with us. Please always listen to your body and modify as you need to with your MSA!! It is ok if you can't run or skip, don't worry - just do what you can friend!!
We appreciated your emphasis on each side of the body. Where did Cooper go? We saw a sign in the background that said 1 like= 1 treat for Cooper. If that's the case, we're posting many many likes❤ to you and to Cooper.
