Hi Polly, Thank you so much for doing these classes. Victoria from Spirit Lake Iowa and I've had PD for 23 years and I keep trying to move and keep up. Your classes are fun, motivating and energetic, which I truly appreciate. Keep up the great work.

Hello Polly and Cooper (good boy) Great workout. Love when classic Polly moves return! Bear. Growl and rhino step over were fun! I challenged myself and did the workout standing and felt great. I especially enjoyed the L/R exercise.section! Thanks Polly!

Hi my name is Sheila and I live in the UK. Loved this class especially the repetitive left and right section. I have stiffness on the left particularly the arm and hand. Since discovering power for Parkinson’s I have seen improvement. Thanks for all the excellent work outs 😃👍

Hi Polly. Very good range of exercises as usual. Paula struggles with swinging her arms and getting the opposite arm and leg moving as should happen when walking so more opposite arm and leg exercises would be good. Many thanks Paula and Jon (Southampton UK - just put this on so others who comment can see where we are from)

Great feedback Paula and Jon!! We will indeed pass it onto Polly and she will no doubt add some more opposite work into her classes!!

We appreciated your emphasis on each side of the body. Where did Cooper go? We saw a sign in the background that said 1 like= 1 treat for Cooper. If that's the case, we're posting many many likes❤ to you and to Cooper.
