    In today's video we show you some exercises to rehabilitate Distal Phalanx Fractures of the hands.
    The video is made for the distal phalanx of the 2nd finger BUT IT IS VALID FOR ANY FINGER. Just switch fingers and voila.
    These exercises should be performed once a day.
    These exercises can cause discomfort but never pain. In this case, go to your Physiotherapist for a personalized guide.
