    I have both hands carpal Tunnel syndome I am doing this exercises 6⃣ moths ago but I have little bit improvement not very much now I want to do exercises further or not

      We recommend that you continue doing these exercises if they give you relief. You should also consult with your trusted Physiotherapist.

    In anterolisthesis, we perform flexion exercises of the spine, not extension exercises. This exercise protocol aggravates the pain.

    I have just been diagnosed with this for L4-L5 Grade 1, but the orto has scheduled a "Dynamic x-ray" in March to better evaluate it. Meanwhile, I have had to really put the brakes on my regular fitness program: toning down the cardio, no extreme forward or backward bending, reducing lateral torso motion and squat depth, as well as reducing weights down to 2 kgs for weight training. Going for more walks with my Northern Walking sticks. I will add this routine to make sure I am not making things worse. I will keep you posted.
