This is a good idea, the is plenty of money to be made you are right. Sometimes it's just old fuel that won't burn properly, the carb or degraded fuel lines. It's the right time of year to sell and to buy 😊

Lots of truth there brother! There's money to had, just have to willing to do the dirt! The main problem I find is dealing with the "non-serious" people.. if you know what I mean. Great video with solid advice and truths! Keep up the good work! Blessings and respect!

I have family members looking for broken mowers all the time because I’m busy working on them and can’t keep a eye open all the time
Sometimes I lose but most of the time it will pay off in time
Don’t expect to make big money or live off of it
    Just side hustle

It’s hard finding them in West Texas now
Market Place is out of sight for the junk and not worth it
I have friends and family who find them for me but I mostly just fix for friends and family
Retired and don’t care to mechanic after 58 years of it
But still love doing it 😊

Same here. Inflations got people seeing dollar signs on all their junk now. The profitable market seems to be ATVs and dirt bikes right now.

I’m finding it hard and harder to find them now, every one is asking twice what there worth
I’m still buying riding mowers but 2000 models only thru 2009
The new models have weak frames and junk hyd or plastic trans
The old MTD or peerless trans is all I buy 😊😊😊
Push mower, any thing for 10 bucks

So many fuel issues, frankly have been adding fuel shutoffs....

I’d estimate 95% of the time it is a fuel related issue. I install shutoffs on every riding mower I sell and teach the buyer how to run the carb dry for winter storage.

I tried doing some flipping with power wheels, but they always seemed to need new batteries which ate profit replacing and they take up so much room to store.

I’m in West Texas and it’s very dry here. Hoping the mechanics stay busy, I’m doing small engines repair and it’s just not really picking up yet
