I thought the blue title looked good. A simple update with new bathroom decor, a faucet, new shower head or something like that would have done wonders. However, I do appreciate the hard work you put into trying something new for your home.👍🏼 If you like it, that's all that truly matters.😊

This is great if the tile is ugly but the tile was a pretty shade of blue. The first house that we bought had tile like this but a darker blue and I don’t know who,’they’ were but they laid tile that lasted for decades ‼️🇺🇸

I like the white tile. It will stay durable if you let it set for a week or two bf using. It’s easier to clean than the original tile. Also from trial and error plus after watching other pros. Using a really good primer before helps it stay durable. Lasts longer. I like how bright it looks

Im a professional refinisher and trust when i say this is half fast temporary painting. You must use niosh respirator if you do “ toxic”.
Count on it yellowing and peeling off in short time. Then be ready to pay a professional to strip off all that paint, and resurface it for real.
You need chemicals to properly refinish. “Not clean and roll on cheap epoxy”

OH MY GOSH, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!! As I DESPERATELY WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOR TILE IN BOTH BATHROOMS, AS I BOUGHT A HOME BUILT IN THE EARLY 60's!! I begged my husband, "Just NO BATHROOMS WITH PINK, BLACK & WHITE TILE..." Welp, we found our "dream home" EXCEPT THE MAIN GUEST BATH HAS PINK, WHITE & BLACK TILE... I wanted to CRY... Until I saw the master bath!! It had / has ( I'm already getting ready to show my husband this video & get over to Home Depot ASAP!!) the WORST blueish-gray tile with a mosaic of a swordfish on the center wall in the walk-in shower, which the owner had JUST PAID TO HAVE DONE AND WAS SO PROUD OF IT, lol. And I just stared at it in horror!! The bath tub is totally separate & modern and luxurious etc. then he ruins a gorgeous glass shower stall with hideous tile & a mosaic of a swordfish!! I really would like it ripped out, but that's going to have to wait until my best friend works his way up to where I live and he's going to do ALL OUR TILE, GRANITE & REFURBISHING OF OUR BAMBOO WOOD FLOORS ALL FOR A WEEK IN ONE OF OUR AIR B&B'S & MY UNLIMITED 4 PASSES FOR ANYONE TO USE FOR ANY DISNEY THEME PARKS AROUND THE WORLD. They're stricly for my family to use and let our close friends use, as a gift for my father doing all the software design and coding for the ride inside of the giant Epcot ball!! He could stay at one of the Disney resorts, or even use them for Disney cruises, but he wants the wife & kids to enjoy the theme parks while he enjoys the B&B LOL. And he'll go to a couple of the parks with the family!! We're actually giving him 2 weeks as an extra "thank you" he just doesn't know if yet... His wife knows though, so she could make sure that 2nd week was kept clear of work. So, until then... I'm following THIS TUTORIAL AND WAVING GOOD-BYE TO THE HIDEOUS PINK TILE & THE TACKY MOSAIC OF THE SWORDFISH. ALTHOUGH IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE, a swordfish is just NOT what I want my master bath themed around, or the depressing blueish gray tile either!! So thank you, YOU ARE MY
🙌SAVIOUR 🙌 THIS WEEKEND!! Great video & great job, it looks beatiful, clean & new!!

So how to clean tub after you paint? Do you still scrub or just wipe often?

The tiles looked like they were in perfect condition. I bet the painted finish won't be as durable and easy to clean as the original glaze.

There is another option. You can chip the tiles and apply a thin layer of marble plaster. It looks stunning. I'll be doing mine soon and will post a video.

Im confused, you said 1st coat needs to dry for 2 hours then apply second coat. Then you said if i dont apply the 2nd coat after 1 hr of applying the second coat, i need to wait 72 hours. Did you mean apply 1st coat, wait one hour, apply 2nd coat, then wait 3 hours for it to dry?
