    A trail dominating weapon! Doo setting the bar as usual. Don’t worry folks, give the bar setting Indy a few years and it will perform similarly. Thanks for the vid AJ.

    Just looked at 20.5 renegade at local dealer, the upgraded gauge cost $800 more and you have to have your phone connected to make the GPS work, for $800 it should be like the PoLaris gauge, built in with no phone needed, also I go snowmobilng to get away from phone calls, last thing we need are people riding being distracted by incoming phone calls

    I love my 2020 except for the pathetic stock headlights. Sad to see that skidoo is not addressing this major issue for 2021. Even after spending over $1k on skidoo accessory lights I still have poorer lights than a stock Polaris.

      You spent $1000 on accessory lights (assuming you have lower and side LED), spend another $90 on LED bulbs. If a $90 LED bulb is the only advantage Polaris has i think you made the right purchase decision.

      Look in to GTR Lighting Ultra Series 2(H13).... Way brighter than even the Polaris' headlight. I put them in my 2020 and big difference and no wiring changes like with all the accessory lights.

    • @TheGreatBeard

      I installed a large LED light on the front of my 2008 xp800. I had an issue with it sucking to much power so the heated grips wouldn't get very warm so I wired it so when I then the LED light in, it shuts off one headlight. This solved the issue and it's insane how well it works in night riding

    The 7.8" display and the quick adjust suspension is only available on the 850 and 900 turbo. The 2021 book and videos are misleading in that they led the buyer to believe that it's available on the 600r engine option in the x-rs and x packages. But, otherwise, the 2021 suspension looks to be a big improvement.

    • @thatalaskaguy
      @thatalaskaguy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jon Labbe wait, what? The game changing, terrain dominating Rush showed Doo what ride quality was all about. At least that’s how the sled media hyped up the two generations of hay bailers over the years.

    • @thatalaskaguy
      @thatalaskaguy 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Alex C no, I was being sarcastic! 😀 I agree with everything you said. I’ve ridden them and the only thing good about them is the rear track shock that feels bottomless, but that hardly matters when the front track shock constantly crashes through its travel. That stupid, uncoupled design takes a lot of work to get set up for big bumps and when you do it’s then a big compromise for everything else. The Axys just allowed for the rider to compensate for the unbalanced handling. If that design was the way to go they wouldn’t have gone back to a conventional skid. The 17 year old IQR design still rides better and is more capable than that Rush/Pro-XC ever was.

      I rode a 21 renegade XRS 850. Big difference, stays flatter through corners, no inside ski lift, less transfer in the rear, front end feels more rugged and stable over bumps. It did not have the new ski's however

    • @mv3380
      @mv3380 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I drove this exact same sled yesterday. I personally own a 19 renegade xrs. The front end was very noticeable. It refuses to lift the inside ski in corners. Its absolutely on rails. Absolute must must buy for someone who enjoys ripping tight twisty trails.
