Did 240 kms on my 2022 Renegade X 850 and I can tell you, these changes have made a huge difference. I’m coming off a 2018 Renegade X 850 which was a GREAT sled but this new one is even better.
BRP, always improving, always pushing the envelope !
    Bravo Ski-Doo 😀

Crazy that this was 3 years ago - I'm looking to get a suspension for my sled and I'd love an r motion x in my gen 4

Whatever the measurements are, it seems to work! I test rode the mid season release Renegade, absolutely loved it! Which is way I spring ordered a Renegade X for next winter! Can't wait.....

Is the 137 really better than the 129 in the bumps and moguls ? I would think less sprung weight of the 129 would be better . The bump bridging of the longer skid also has me skeptical . Regardless , both are fine suspensions I'm sure .

Why Doo STILL isn't putting in torsion spring spacers is beyond me. It adds preload and allows the springs to travel with more linear loading, the way springs are meant to load.

How come there's 3 wheels at the rear? Not 4? And why aren't the 3 wheels spaced evenly? 2 wheels are closer together.

Can a Complete RmotionX skid out of an 129 Xrs bolt right in place of a 129 Rmotion ?

👍 Is the ski still going to be able to except second carbide on the outside?

Sorry for the delay... Yes! Still able to add outside carbide.

Good detailed explanation, thank you. I’m buying one for sure. Can’t count on Snowtrax any more for their detailed coverage, they are always too busy trying to build up Polaris...

Snowtrax is total bs ! They are so prejudice. Who ever pays the most gets the best review ! Its just all about money! Sick of snowtrax

Sounds like it will work .. Too bad my 2014 Renegade X folds like an accordion if you ride it hard..

Before I really criticize the new G4 as the worst sled I have ever ridden, I'll try and make changes this winter. The sled as set up from the dealer is not right. I find I am fighting the sled in early morning icy conditions. I am an aggressive rider for many years and it was nearly impossible to keep up to the group who were riding sleds with far less HP than what I had. Very difficult to corner. In the afternoon, when things warmed up, the sled would "cat walk". There was no way you could go WOT.
