  • Want toned triceps, sculpted shoulders, and amazing arms for tank top season? This workout pairs fat burning cardio with weightless arm exercises for the most effective upper body routine! No dumbbells or equipment needed!

    You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through...PIIT style!
    Your 7 moves are:
    1. Mountain Climbers
    2. Gecko
    3. Tricep Kick n Dip Right
    4. Hip Twist Plank Jack
    5. Tricep Kick n Dip Left
    6. Shoulder Push-Up
    7. Triple Tricep Push-Up
    The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready...you're gonna be life body ready!

    LOL came to video expecting arm circles, prayer pulses, EASY PEASY I GOT THIS, Cassey. Finishes with sweat dripping, panting, heart racing, arms burning, quads sore, obliques stretched out. xD Always surprising and challenging me when I get too comfortable. I love this SO MUCH! New fave arm workout now!

      Actually I think it's both. I started working out around may. Did this 6 days a week but then I had to fast bcs Ramadan and lost my motivation to work out. 4 days ago I started to workout again I was so unfit. I only do this video for my arms because I want to get used to it and build my strength again, it's really hard at first but keep doing it! You'll start getting shoulder muscles which really help with push ups and mountain climbers. I think this is good for beginners because it can make you stronger. Keep pushing through guys it definitely pays off!💪🏼💛💎

    This workout was just too hard for me. I realized just how weak my arm muscles are. I won't give up though. I'll do this workout each time it's on the calendar and one day I know I'll be able to do each move correctly.

    Day 19 of the beginner's calendar done!! My arms feel so weak and I almost started crying when I couldnt do the moves. I just have to keep reminding myself that fitness is a journey and I have to keep going to get stronger. Thank you Cassey ❤

      Totally understand. Finally able to workout my entire body now, so I am just doing the videos once this month then build up to two next month. Not trying to kill myself or hurt myself. One step at a time.

      blogilates, I'm really sick so my body isn't absorbing nutrients and protein as well. I used to be able to lift 30 pounds easily but now it's a struggle to lift 20 pounds. This will be soooo good for me! xoxoxo

    Oh boy, I love this series! Other PIIT videos have way too much cardio (no cardio fan) and are less about strength training. But this series combines the two to my liking! I do one of these as a warming-up, then I do one or two regular pilates videos and I finish with two or three rounds of these again. The sweat is dripping and my muscles are sore. I love it!

    You are a beast!!! Every time I watch this video I'm stunned by your endurance and strength! I don't care if you can do all these moves 4x's back to back or not. I'm awed by the fact you can do all of them 1x through, especially with that too-short 10 sec rest. Just amazing!

    I feel like I could do better on the shoulder push up if it was the first move. Doing it in the middle after all the others is a killer! Nevertheless I am feeling pumped after this and I actually performed better this time around than my first time... so practice definitely does make perfect 👌🏼

    This was my first time doing this workout and I'm happy I got through it all in first time. Casey you are such an inspiration to me. I have been following you since 2015 when I really started my fitness journey. I want to thank you so much because if it wasn't for you I don't think I'd be where I am today. In terms of health and fitness I've gone through it all, to anyone reading this please stay strong and believe in yourself. Looking back I never would of thought I'd be where I am today but I never lost hope once I started. Anything is possible. Working out is only a small part of your entire today and you will get through it 🙂. I now wake up almost everyday and do a workout. Keep pushing through and good luck everyone!!

    Today I did 4 workout videos, leaving the abs, because I am doing the 30 day ab challenge right now. I am SO DONE. The arm workout totally crushed me. But I think I can manage to do this two times a week. To all out there: YOU CAN DO IT. It takes time. I am so out of shape, but I can't wait to see the results. @Casey - You are the best. I'm in middle school and at the start of the year I had a lot of self worth issues which mainly involved my body, but after finding your workout videos I have become more confident and I don't compare my body to other girls anymore.     Wow this was hard. Got through 3 rounds and going to cool down. For you ladies that go 4 rounds good for you. I only have time for warm up, 3 rounds and a cool down.
    Out of all the boot camp videos this kicked my butt.

    And this, my friends, was a HELL of a workout. Out of all the 6-week body toning workouts we had so far, this one was the hardest (I mean, as far as I'm concerned). As always, I'm thankful for the scenery and the music -- the latter helped me push through so much today.
    If that can be of any help for you guys, BREATHEEEE!!!! Seriously, it might be common sense but I promise you that it helps a great deal.
    And talking about arms, we have marks on them with all those grocery bags 'cause we're BADASS like that!! 😂😂😂
    I liked that story about the origin of the plank. You should make a workout in which you tell us different facts: we would feel smart(-er) and physically strong at the same time, and to be quite honest, that's ALL I want :D

    I started my workout journey with Cassey back in 2015. I became a totally different person since that time.Now as I exercise more at the gym, because home workouts aint that effective anymore, when I go back to Blogilats it just feels like home.     thoughest workout!! only managed to do It once and I ended up falling onto the ground at the end because my arms were so burning. But I'm so proud, I feel like im getting stronger with every single rep FOR REALSS. and my arms are my weakness so I can't believe I completed this whole workout. Thanks Cassey!!

    This is very hard, especially the hip twist-plank jack. I am sweating. I really like it! I’ll do this again and again to get better at it.

    that one in the down dog position already killed me, it was so insane! But now I feel absolutly amazing and I hope that I feel my arms tomorrow reminding me to keep pushing!

    I am doing the May calander and I have mostly noticed transformation in my legs and not arms. I have done this twice and my arms feel transformed already. This is also the hardest thing for me so far in the May calander. I will also admit at times all I could do was hold the position and not even move, but hey my arms still got worked and I didn't give up.

    Beginners calendar week three: still can't do those shoulder push-ups! Really looking forward to trying this again and seeing how I've improved.
