i'm 12 and all my friends are SUPER skinny so i always feel bad about myself. but then i found you and pushed myself through these body toning videos and surprisingly, not once did i think of how i would impress my friends. i was doing this for myself. and i loved it. this stretching video was the perfect way to end off my favorite 6 weeks of all time.
Hey ! Don't feel bad about your body, you are perfect as you are ! If you like exercising, do it and have fun, but don't worry too much about your weight or your body. I know what is like to have skinny friends, when I was your age I was worried because I was taller and curvier than my friends, but it was because puberty hit me younger than them ! So enjoy Cassey's videos, and love your body !
I relate to this. I'm in tumbling, so I am somewhat strong, but I am not skinny. I have always envied other girls who are skinny. I just started doing Cassie's videos, and I enjoy them, and while I do them to get fit, I now do them because I love her videos and becoming stronger and finding others with a similar story. I am so happy you enjoyed the workout, it's so cool to find others who feel the same way as me

*TIP FOR THOSE TRYING TO GET THE SPLITS!!* Stretching on the floor really hurt my knees, so I decided to stretch on my bed, and it helped me a lot! Since the bed is softer you can comfortably sit in a split without hurting your knees, and if you're not fully into a split, the softness of a mattress can help you get lower and hold a split if you can't do it on the floor. Hope this helps! ❤️
You're so right! I tried doing the splits on my bed and I got sooo much lower than I could on my mat. I do hope it is a safe way of getting into the splits though.

I was looking for a way to lose weight when I found your channel, and I liked it so much I decided to do other routines, not necessarily focused on weight loss. I've been working out everyday since then. My back has been so tight recently, its been causing my major headaches. When i tell you that stretch on your front with the goal post arms and curl your leg over to the other side, felt good. That is an understatement. I literally yelled “ooh yeh”. God knows what my neighbours think i’m doing. But omg i feel so much better already.
Oh.. my.. God! I followed this entire 6-weeks bootcamp majorly for 2 things: Cassey and the ocean. In particular, I loved this session the most, it's so relaxing and a perfect thing to do in front of that deep, blue ocean!

The thing I love about Cassey is she is not extremely flexible, but she still is pretty flexible so her flexibility level is a reasonable goal for all of us! Her positive words really inspire me on my journey to flexibility!
Day 20 of the beginner's calendar is complete. I love all of Cassey's stretching video as I find it the perfect way to wind down after exercising. My flexibility has improved greatly as I'm getting so much closer to being able to do the splits.
I'm on the begginers calender and I'm trying, because I really have and awful flexibility, yet Cassey's videos are helping me to go a little further and not feeling bad about it

Is anyone else having a problem with three leged dog? I feel like my arms are not holding the balance at all, my legs are shaking, and when I try to go to the elbows, I usually fall. This one is the hardest form me, out of the whole video
Try to keep your hips square. If you lift one hip you might loose balance, so try to keep your hips on the same height and suqare to the mat. You might not get your leg as high but that is not important. And try to keep your gaze down
I did this on my tv but got on my phone to comment how awesome this was. I always hate stretching but I’m just not recovering like I should after workout from lack of.. You made this so enjoyable to do! And I was surprised how good those stretches feel and some moves were unique. It was also nice to know that some moves are painful for you as well and you just need to push through it. Sometimes I wonder if holding the move with the pain is a good thing and you explained it so great. Thanks so much! I feel so much better after doing this
Thank you Cassey! I love pilates and I love what you say: my goal is not to have a bikini body or to have a six pack. I want to be more confident and stronger, and I feel more confident now! Am I the only one who feels nostalgic about the 6-week body toning bootcamp ending???! I don't know, I feel weird about it, maybe because the May workout calendar was solely focused on doing several rounds of it.. Those stretches ended that series amazingly well, though -I can't even tell how relaxing that video was with the soft background music, the waves, the scenery (oh God, this latter, I'm gonna miss so freakin' bad!!!!!). I've been thoroughly stretching out every night for quite a while now and it feels good.
I was JUST gonna workout, but felt like doing some stretches instead of doing Pilates and this notification popped up! I'mma do this now. Thanks for everything Cassey ❤❤

Yeah I really want to get back into it more as I used to do it every day, and was almost in the splits, but I've just been busy the past few months moving and with my business that unfortunately my fitness has fallen behind and I got lazy with exercise and I've put back on the weight I lost from doing blogilates every day. But now that its my new year, I'm going to get back into it every day again and get my flexibility and fitness back up because I really do miss it! Cassey, I absolutely love your stretch videos, please do more of them! I used to do circus and blogilates only, but since i started going to the gym more often i spend way less time stretching... and i can really feel that my flexibility got worse. Fantastic video! I needed this! I love stretching and try to make sure I do it as much as possible cause my goal is to get flexible as possible and maintain it, it's hard cause I gym 5 days a week so it really stiffens and tightens me up, and sometimes I get bored of stretching by myself and not really following anything so this was lovely and refreshing! And the sound of the waves is perfect! Beautiful! 😊😍😍👌💕
Omg, doing all 5 of these monsters (plus inner thigh isolation and 100 ab challenge) in one day, with the last of the boot camp being stretches is such a nice way to end a work out 😭😭😭 edit: I spoke too soon. But def still more relaxing, haha.

Yeah I really want to get back into it more as I used to do it every day, and was almost in the splits, but I've just been busy the past few months moving and with my business that unfortunately my fitness has fallen behind and I got lazy with exercise and I've put back on the weight I lost from doing blogilates every day. But now that its my new year, I'm going to get back into it every day again and get my flexibility and fitness back up because I really do miss it! I love the feeling of being able to achieve new things with my body and seeing how far I can push my body.
Anyway, that's my little promise to myself haha.

I basically have my splits, my hips are just not square! But compared to a few months ago, I am extremely happy! I also started gymnastics this year so I have a couple of goals! You can do it! 💗

Cassey, I absolutely love your stretch videos, please do more of them! I used to do circus and blogilates only, but since i started going to the gym more often i spend way less time stretching... and i can really feel that my flexibility got worse. I need to dedicate more time for myself and for stretching to improve my flexibility and get closer to my goals. Thanks for this video, I will do it many times for sure! :)

I'm a new popster and I have big problems with my flexibility, and I have since I was a kid. Even though I have only been doing these workouts for about two months I already feel more flexible so this video is great!

Yay! This felt so good! I'm trying to get my full splits back and this hurt a bit, but I love it :) could you do a video about stretching for middle splits? Or if you don't have them, do a small series of you working towards it? Or maybe even a blog post with pictures of each week's progress, I think that would be really cool and inspiring :)

Fantastic video! I needed this! I love stretching and try to make sure I do it as much as possible cause my goal is to get flexible as possible and maintain it, it's hard cause I gym 5 days a week so it really stiffens and tightens me up, and sometimes I get bored of stretching by myself and not really following anything so this was lovely and refreshing! And the sound of the waves is perfect! Beautiful! 😊😍😍👌💕
Omg, doing all 5 of these monsters (plus inner thigh isolation and 100 ab challenge) in one day, with the last of the boot camp being stretches is such a nice way to end a work out 😭😭😭
