    Often times a long workout is intimidating, but I can usually get myself to do 5 minutes. By the end I am ready to do more. This was perfect, Maddie, thank you :)

    Finally made it without stopping while using weights!!! Very proud even if this is just beginners. Im incredibly lacking in any body strength so this is a major improvement.

    i did this for 1 month 5 times a week as additional exercise after my cardio in the end and i can totally see the changes on my arms shape. it's easy and quick for extra exercise because i so wanna have toned arms. Thanks MadFit

    Thanks a million, Maddie! I haven't worked out in about 2 years. I got majorly depressed. This is a great workout to start. Just finished this arm workout and now eating my oatmeal with cinnamon, jaggery and green apples. We got this everyone!

      Hey, whatever works, right? I think that would be a decent amount of weight to use to feel some tension. 🙂 I'm guessing it would be a little more than canned goods. (?) With my luck, I'd be a little too aggressive with the root beer bottles and end up with a VERY big mess. 😬😆

    Thank you so much!! I had a blood clot in my arm last year, and was cleared to workout again recently. I was told that as long as I'm active and drink water, it shouldn't bother me again. I just found this exercise video, and I'm definitely going to be using these exercises to keep myself healthy and strong. I love all of your dance videos too!! I feel like I have a workout buddy, and it's a lot more fun! :)

    I’ve made this routine a regular part of my upper-body exercise days. Always do this one after whichever upper-body workout I choose. Gives me an extra burn! 💪🏻

    I don't have light weight dumbbells so I did with 3kg dumbbells.
    Tooooooooo hard to do with it 🥴
    I feel the burn badly👍🏻

    I did this routine after doing your 15-Minute Upper Body Workout. I don’t have 2-lb. dumbbells, but I do have 1 lb. handheld weights that I use when I walk. Even with such a low weight, I definitely feel the burn! 💪🏻

    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

    Just tried this after your other 5min arms but I only have 5kg dumbells 😅 some of them I just couldn't do but adjusted the movement to do a second set of something I can do. One day I'll be that strong aha

    I’m going to do this for two weeks to see the difference. I will also be doing the 7 Minute Slim Legs Workout by Daisy Keech, and the Hourglass Abs Workout by Daisy Keech. I’m Estrogen dominant so when my diindolylmethane and calcium d-glucarate comes in I’ll tell you the day I start taking it.
    Day 1 ✅: I quickly realized how out of shape I am. Today I tried on my prom dress from two years ago and it didn’t fit. I am now angry with how I have let myself go and I’m more committed than ever. I could do these workout way easier a few months ago. I didn’t take any breaks during this one. I used 5 pound weights. My arms are quite fatigued though.
    Day 2✅: I could barely get out of my bed this morning I was so sore. I’ve actually been hardly able to move all day but I still did. I was sore and this workout was harder, but I didn’t take breaks. If my arms dropped I brought them right back up.
    Day 3✅: (Saturday, August 26, 2023) I skipped Friday because I had to go visit some of my family and I played as an alumni with my high school band that evening. On Saturday I had went to bed at 4:30 AM, woke up at 6:30 AM to go work a Farmers Market until 12 PM. I then was extremely tired so I was in quite a bit of pain. I was able to do the workouts the correct way with less struggle though. My diindolylmethane and calcium d-glucarate came in too so I took it right after the workout.
    Day 4✅: (Monday, August 28, 2023) I skipped Sunday because I had two Church services and visited family in between. I also needed a rest day because I had overworked myself and had little sleep. Today I was still fatigued and I have been having side effects to the supplements I am taking to balance my hormones. My skinny pumpkin spice syrup also has MCT oil. This made my workouts harder but I could do them with little breaks and I still did them correctly. I'm also down 5 pounds since I started this!
    Day 5✅: (Tuesday August 29, 2023) I wasn’t very sore today and I was able to do my exercises much easier. I feel like I’m seeing a little bit of a difference and I lost another pound.
    Day 6: (Wednesday September 6, 2023) I was super busy on Wednesday and Thursday last week, then I went on vacation until Monday, then I didn’t have time yesterday.

    Love this. Short, quick hiit routines are great for those days when motivation is low or in my case, my body sore. I need a lite set of bells, but I did most of this without weights, focusing on the movement and the muscle. Thanks for thinking of this and providing a great short workout.

    I feel this exercise really help me with the shrimp posture from drawing while also strengthening my shoulders and biceps. For a beginner i loved and i hope i can get used to the burn soon😅 also i may have cheated and used a 3 not a 2

    I did these without weights, due to recent operation. But enjoyed and got all the way through 👍
