5 Underbutt Isolation Exercises for Ultimate Booty Lift

  • The underbutt. The part of your booty that you can grab under. The part where the glute meets the hamstring. The part that sorta shows when your shorts are too short! Haha. You know what I mean?!
    Here is an at home, equipment free workout video that you can do to target the exact underbutt area. This means we will be working a lot of hamstrings (biceps femoris, semitendinosis, semimembranosis) in order to give your booty (your gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius) a lift from underneath.
    We will be doing each of the following exercises for 1:30 each, no breaks!
    1. Walking Bridge Combo
    2. Single Leg Swivel (Right)
    3. Single Leg Swivel (Left)
    4. Grasshopper
    5. Hamstring Curls

    "...change your body....you gotta change your mindset, you gotta change your lifestyle"--all throughout the video, just felt good, positive vibes. I felt calm doing this, wanting to strengthen everything. warmed up my core until i felt them working, then I continued these exercises while focusing on tightening and pulling with my core, letting glutes and core work together. SO AMAZING; the little things are amazing. Truly felt like I worked out a lot although I wasn't able to lift as high or as flexible.

    Oh my goodness, I felt that I had a good all round fitness level for a 63 year old until I tried this workout for the first time. I had to rest a few times before continuing but I'm so looking forward to feeling stronger each time I do this. Love it.

    I know she said don’t expect crazy changes immediately but the change was practically instantaneous. The day after doing this workout I noticed my baby cellulite started to disappear… NOTICEABLY. I tried to think back to all the new/different things I did the day prior- this workout, ate at Chick fil A, showered with Shea Moisture black soap body wash- and I kept thinking the soap was pretty moisturizing but I think this workout made the biggest difference. It’s been 6 days now since I stumbled on this video 6/22/22, I’ve only done the workout 3 days, and my butt is more lifted, the cellulite has mostly melted away, and I am happy 😊. Now I just need a waist sculpting/lower belly pooch disappearing workout. She’s right, none of the moves are throw aways. If there is already one that Cassey has could someone please direct me to it?

    Am I the only one who always struggles with grasshoppers no matter how long I've been doing them?? That whole lifting up part is HARD
