Thanks for posting this! I used this to fix my grandma’s patriot which had this issue. She has been riding around without AC in south Texas for 2 weeks because she was afraid she couldn’t afford it. Got the parts on Rock Auto for $130~ shipped. I took the resistor out and as soon as I started backing out the screws water was coming out so I imagine that’s why it went out. Thanks again this was really helpful!
