Glad I watched this. Dealership mechanic said the sound my AC was making was a bad compressor and quoted me over $800 to fix it. Nope, just a blower w/some debris in it.

UPDATE:
The blower motor for my 2014 GC Limited is directly under the glove box. Also, it is attached by three torx screws (size T20). Also, the resistor is not attached to the motor itself so it is truly drop in with only one 2-wire plug to mess with. This video gave me the confidence to do it. I took my time and had it done in about 30 minutes. Now I don't have to turn up the radio to drown out a noisy fan motor!

Great video. This is really detailed, goes at a good speed and is very knowledgeable.
My 2016 Jeep Cherokee ac is blowing at a low speed even if I turn it up all the way. It is blowing cool air just not very hard. Plus the ac is making a noticeable humming noise. I guess it needs a new blower motor. What do you think?
Thanks brother, yeah it sounds like it. Check the cabin filter as well, it might be clogged, causing it to feel weak. Hopefully its just dirty, if not yes blower motor
FYI. Anyone doing this i would advise buying an OEM blower as the Cheap ones can be louder than the one you are replacing, they are $110 thru Mopar
I was tempted to buy one of the under $50 ones you see everywhere. After reading too many reviewers describing noisy fans shortly after replacement or fans just dying altogether, I went with the OEM. I just dropped it in. It sounds great (no noise - just air blowing). Fingers crossed.

Winning noise like is their is something rubbing on it
Mine was an annoying whine that increased/decreased in pitch proportionate with the fan speed. Otherwise it worked fine.
Yeah they do that once they start going out....still works but makes noise. The noise is what gets ya
Hello, My truck doesn’t blow any air at all, it happened randomly one day and haven’t fixed It yet, tried fixing the fuses but they were all good, pressing the buttons for the AC in my truck does nothing, does not light up or nothing. Truck has nothing out of usual, no weird noises. What could It be?
I would start with this blower motor. or check if it has voltage at the pigtail connection.

I have the same car. The AC is starting to stop blowing. It’ll kick on every once in awhile. Do you think it’s the blower motor or something else?
it sounds like its going low on coolant. i suggest a recharge.....does it stop blowing air completely?
Is the 2015 Cherokee latitude the same? Mine quit blowing air completely
