I love to make my overnight oats in a nearly empty nut butter jar, because you can scrape the sides as you eat it to get the remains of the nut butter in each bite. So good!

4 weeks ago I switched from cooked oatmeal to overnight oats. Love them ! Great ideas here, here is my favorite recipe so far:
.75 cups rolled oats (I used organic and sprouted for extra nutrition)
1 cup to 1.25 cups of nut milk (I use Silk Unsweetened Vanilla flavor Cashew milk), only 25 calories
Heaping half cup of fresh blueberries (not frozen, fresh taste better)
    3 tablespoons of raisins
    1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
(I also add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds)...
Tweak levels to your liking. Try it, you'll love it

I don’t try yet an “Almond Butter Protein”. Because here in Japan the protein powder is so expensive and the problem is I don’t know where I can find the hemp seeds 😅
When I try again a “Zucchini Chocolate Chips” in the supermarket, they haven’t zucchini it was end, I bought a cucumber 🥒. I used cucumber 🥒 and when I taste, it was so so good. It have a little taste like a melon 🍈 😊
I hope Alyssa try this cucumber 🥒 😀

How many oats are there and how much milk? And how big is your jar, I mean how many mililitar are there? You say 1/2 of a cup, and I just don't know with which one to mesure, beacuse where I come from we really use a lot of cups, in the range of 100 ml to 400 ml. So which one do I take as a measurment? I am new at this, and would so like to try the. Thank you💕

Two cans of full fat coconut milk. Leave tin overnight in fridge. Remove the cream only (save the water for smoothies or cooking) place in bowl with the powder from four probiotic capsules. Stir and put back in fridge to chill again for few hours then ready to enjoy.
