Hey everyone! I hope you enjoyed this video showing you how to Connect Any Bluetooth Headphones To The PlayStation Portal or PS5! This is my new favorite accessory! What games are you playing this week?! Let me know in the comments below 🫡 Thanks for watching!
Thanks a lot for the video. I’ve been wanting to use my AirPods Pro 2 with my PS5 for quite a while now. I’ve seen other products that allow Bluetooth transmission; however, those were aptX receivers, which the AirPods don't support, so the latency is bad. I am just wondering if the latency with this dongle would be bearable. I mostly play JRPGs, so I don’t need the lowest latency, but a high latency would also be terrible.
Aye I had a question so I had my portal since launch and it’s been working fine around the house and public WiFi but this the 1st time I actually bought it out of town and it was working fine for a good hour and I put it down to do something right quick and I came 3 minutes later and it won’t connect anymore I reset the portal I reset the router I was using nothing working and and I can’t reset my PlayStation cause I’m not home do u have any ideas
It’s a common issue. My only fix is to get your mobile phone and download the ps remote play app then connect it that way. Then see if it works on the portal. If you want to be extra sure when the phone is connected using the Ps app try choosing the restart option on the ps5 so you can have a fresh connection. It’s a tricky top but once you get the hang of it things should work fine!
Is it just my airfly pro or are others experiencing an issue where the left bud is louder than the right? Not just that but the transmitter disconnects like every 5-10 min. Using AirPod pro 2nd gen on the ps portal. Tried connecting it to my laptop and no issues.
@@TechMarkGaming yeah just got it. But I was able to fix the issue by plugging in wired headphones and then plugging in the transmitter. Weird fix 🤷♂️
Audio lag is the killer using bluetooth on a streaming device Just buy some good wired buds ( look for sony ps vita ones if still about) got mine last year and perfect for portal
Peace Dave! Apple's 3.5 earpods are my go to wired earbuds for the Portal or PS5. The reason why the Air Fly Pro exist is because gamers like myself want to utilize the noise cancelation feature in their headphones/earbuds for noisy environments like a airport. Thanks for the comment! 🫡🎮🔥
I have the pulse explore and pulse elite. I still prefer using my apple airpod pro Max's for the noise cancelation feature. GAME CHANGER 🫡🔥🎮 Glad this helped Paul!
Don't like dongles m8. the velcro is a good idea, still not the nicest solution...... i rather use the pulse elite for 150€. it does ps5 and with one touch it switches to the portal and a phone or ipad, 2 audio sources at the same time. don't get me wrong, sony had to make bluetooth on the portal for sure especially for that price. i do hear a delay but it's not bad. i couldn't stand it though, lol with my ears.
@@TechMarkGaming wow ima idiot bro no it was not now it is and is playing perfect in both ears thank u so much just picked this up from best buy today and got my velcro and. everything
Nah your not 😂 being a audio professional I've had this happen many times! But I'm glad things are working for you! Enjoy your weekend while gaming on the go fam🫡🔥🎮
New sub. Just got the portal. Looking forward to all your future content.
Do you have to do that pairing process every time you use the headphones?
Nope it's all connects once you turn on the air fly pro 🫡🔥🎮
@ nice, thanks for the review!

Peace Jake, great question. Sadly you can’t. Hoping for this feature in a future update 🫡
@@TechMarkGamingok thank you for letting me know
@@TechMarkGamingI was gonna buy a psp with that bluthooth thing thanks for letting me know haha
😍 it's working
boom as simple as that! glad to help 🫡🔥🎮
Correction, it’s AirPods Max. Not AirPods Pro max. That pro max only applies to iPhones.
Thanks for the correction mate!
There's quite a bit of sound delay, is there any way to reduce it?
Mmm not much we can do about it sadly. I've gotten used to it tbh
Sorry to bother you, where you got the logo sticker🙏🏻😩 3:37

Tried connecting it to my laptop and no issues.
That's wild! Make sure it's plugged in fully if so it sounds like it needs to be hard reset. Do that and try again! It's this new purchase?

Good to hear 🫡🎮🔥 I use noise cancelation with my airpods. Come in clutch everytime!

Thanks for the recommendation. Getting the Airfly dongle instead of the proprietary earbuds from Sony saves me $145.

ya noticed a 8 milasecond delay? Damn.
Something close to that. Didnt measure it professionally but tbh after a months it doesn’t bother me at all.
