I came on TH-cam looking for a change of pace, i have been skipping for a long time as a form of warm up before my weigh lighting, usually jump 2000-2500 in 20mins and minimal rest. It’s my rest week and this is so good to get a good sweat, great workout. I intend to continue this once in a while. Really good if you need a change.

I personally think the only way to get lean is with high intensity. I do low intensity stuff too, but intervals get results
