Hey, cool workout. can you make a jump rope workout with the same exercises, the same number of times, but 1 min exercise instead of 30 sec because 30 seconds takes too long
Wow, just finished this workout for the third time and it was INTENSE! I had to dig deep and push myself mentally just 5 minutes into the third round - I almost gave up, but I reminded myself of my goal and found the strength to finish! Also, I loved using the 1lb rope, it was a game changer! I've downloaded this video so I can keep coming back to this awesome workout. Thanks for the motivation and great instruction!

I'll have to get out my weighted ropes from 5 lb 4lb 3lb 2 lb 1 lb say about 20 jumps each and then speed rope for 100 jumps and I'll bet I'll be wore out in 30 minutes easy and ice cold water on stand by then an easy 1/2 mile hike to cool down !!! How that sound for a 62 year old man in pretty good shape !!!

@JumpRopeDudes Pretty well. I'm noticing a huge difference in my arms and back, although I still seem to have a major difference in strength between my lower body and my upper body. My lower body seems to be naturally strong, but my upper body has always been very weak. I'm not sure why. I think I may have scoliosis or something weird because the curves on my torso are very uneven. I was told I had it when I was in 8th grade, but they told me I'd grow out of it. The problem is, I didn't grow much after that. I stopped growing around that time. I'm only 5'2". I'm going to talk to my doctor about it.
Do get ups. Sit in chair and stand up with out hands. Build knee muscles. Toe raises and flex your feet. Knees usually have to do with feet and many peopl have plantar fasciitis

I think that's a cool idea but from whatbive learned here, when it comes to calories burned, it's about the intensity of the workout.

My body weight is 116 kg. So it good for my knees doing jumprope ????...
Start slow..also walk backwards for knees
