    I was OBESE and started to jump rope 5 months ago. I can't even finish half of this workout at first. Now I can do it 3 times!!! I lose total of 20 POUNDS and continuing my journey!
    I was worry about jumping will hurt my knees before I start. But it turns out just fine! I felt my knee and tight getting stronger. For others who got doubt because of "too heavy to workout". Let's give it a try first. Do the thing :)

      I used to be real chunky and I started eating very light and some days I would go without eating completely besides boiled eggs in water. Start fasting and getting the proper nutrition afterwards. I know it sounds difficult but I had to do it and I’m telling you it was painful at first but it works

    • @perotal
      @perotal 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      nutrition is EVERYTHING. All the exercise in the world won't matter until you get your nutrition in check, that means eat less calories than you burn (aim for an average deficit of 500 calories daily) and have at least 70 to 80% of the food you consume be "healthy" i.e. not processed industrialized crap.
      If you are getting started, you have to track your calorie intake precisely. There are apps for that.

    • @mikomi23
      @mikomi23 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Being at a calorie deficit is key to any weight loss program. A very simple method to start reducing calories without counting everything or going on a crash diet is to gradually remove one thing that is obviously high in calories in your regular eating day. This might be chocolate, soda, candy etc. By reducing the amount of any one of those you'll start to drop the amount of calories you take in each day in a safe and sustainable way. Then once you become used to not having that one thing, try reducing the amount of something else, and so on. Also a secondary benefit of giving up a high calorie food or drink is that you'll reduce your sugar intake. This can help reduce any inflammation you might have, and increase your energy levels. Depression has many different reasons, but lack of energy, fatigue, and pain are some of the most common contributing factors to feeling depressed.

    • @EHorvath10
      @EHorvath10 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stay active! Do not quit!
      It gets demoralizing when you do not see the scale lower or notice the changes, but trust me, they are happening! If you are legit skipping 5 days a week for 3 months, your cardiovascular endurance has significantly improved. Aim to eat healthy, real food, cut out processed and fast foods. Consistency is the real key here, weight loss takes TIME, do not quit and keep trying your absolute best! Everyday!

    Today I did my 4th 30 minutes workout jumping rope but it seems like it's not hard enough, I can jump for a straight 1,5 minutes then I have to briefly stop just because I loose coordination, but my breath and heart beat hardly change, I don't know how to make it harder in order to lose fat, any tips?

    I am about to get back to exercising again after my covid infection, I am now 222 lbs, not the 165 lbs - 170 lbs ideal for my height. How many calories do we lose after the 10minute work out?

      Calorie burn varies so much from one person to the next (height, weight, heart rate, rope type, etc). Bring the intensity, and a high calorie burn will follow!
