Sure I can see how u like the leather more on the A2000 but there is no way you can say it is better just by feeling it like that, sure it might have a better feeling against your skin (which is 100% personal what you think is most comfortable) but the real quality in the leather is its durability. Like how fast it gets worn out and how it holds its shape etc. But cred to you for taking your time and giving your best effort to make this video :) And keep this in mind if you are going to do another glove review some time :)

I have both the Wilson A2000 (13") and Rawlings HOH (12.75"). I prefer the Rawlings. The A2000 is very stiff out of the box. Takes much longer to break in but it's great once fully broken in. It's also more straight up and not as deep in the pocket. The Rawlings HOH just has a wonderful feel right out of the box with a deeper wider pocket. Easy break in. The glove gobbles up the ball and has a great sound when the ball hits the pocket. I also like the leather better on the Rawlings. You can't really go wrong with either but dollar for dollar I prefer the Rawlings.
Rawlings makes up 55-60% of Mlb players gloves. Oldest glove company. First company to use the web design. Second to none in quality. Just a true baseball company. Enough said......

I pulled the trigger on one a few weeks ago. Rawlings.com has a few HOH gloves on sale from $259 to $199 which imo is a solid deal ... Still working it in (I'm patient, only way to break in a glove the right way is constant catching ... No oils out microwaves here thank you) ... It's my first one and couldn't be happier, and the aesthetic with the brown/black and red decal looks pretty sick ... If you pull the trigger, so long as you're not 2B/SS and it's not too competitive, I'd opt for the 11.75" over 11.50" ... Doesn't sound like much but it actually makes a pretty big difference. If u was turning double plays and paying competitively I'd go smaller but I'm just coaching, playing catch with the occasional game here and there.

Rawlings is way better. My son got a custom Rawlings HOH and we compared it to a new Mookie Betts A2K glove, the Rawlings is way nicer and formed a perfect pocket. I also have a Rawlings HOH and my older Wilson A2000, the Rawlings has nicer leather and holds up great. If you are buying a custom glove, get the Rawlings, the attention to detail is amazing. I have compared the custom HOH to a custom Wilson and the Rawlings is nicer.
