      I was married to a narcissist and came down with for autoimmune diseases including lupus, scleroderma, Neromyelitis. And also PTSD. I had him move out three years ago and lost 30 pounds. The damage is already done though. The best I can do is continue to do the best I can do!

      dude its from person to person...im sick about 7 to 8 times a year...now ! Before i removed my tonsils , I was sick about 2 to 3 times a month !!!! Can you boost your immune system ? Maybe , but if you have weak immune system , you will get sick often...that is my case....

    I haven't been sleeping enough since the last 5 years but a year ago got extremely bad, you are right if you dont get a good quality sleep then no matter how clean you eat or exercise still the immune system gets out of control.

    I love these videos. I have I'm in my late 50s and I have never been sick a day in my life. I prayed for good health I didn't pray for money. Now I'm broke but I'm healthy. 😂 I will follow all of the prescriptions for feeling well and keeping well on TH-cam or anywhere else.

    as a clinical nutritionist and wellness coach myself, I can say that Devin is 100% accurate in the steps discussed here. Too few of us understand that fruit is sugar. Avocado and papaya are the only two i suggest in small amounts. and dairy. thats a big one. Kids come to me with bad acne quite alot. the first thing i ask is how much milk are they drinking. more time than not, they are drinking a half gallon a day. id also suggest oil of clove is another good one to use. and finally a good, high quality liquid trace mineral supplement like TMR.
    also, i havent gotten sick in probably 6 or 8 years. great vids!

    I am vegan, I cut down dairy, sugars, get sleep, wash my hands, have hand sanatizer, take vitamins, wear a mask to work and I still get sick. I did blood work, and I am health with my immune system. I don't drink nor smoke. And I know people who NEVER wash their hands, they don't eat well nor sleep well,etc and they don't get sick.

    Good plan .....most of us can follow the majority of theses suggestions and invest in ourselves. But many are expensive. As a retired person, I do what I can. I keep organic bone broth in my pantry which is so good any time but especially if I get sick....which is rare.
    I use pink salt to get trace minerals. My diet is gluten and dairy free. I keep my vitamin D levels around 80. When I can afford them I take good probiotics and cod liver oil. I take a daily multi vitamin/mineral that is organic and food based.

      there is a famous Polish health practitioner dr Zieba who insists that water is the great cheap medicine for many problems, he recommends sparkling water as even better than flat water. i definitely prefer mineral sparkling water than plain tap water

      Tim Tam ummm the problem is when you where a child that means you HAD a bad immune system back then . Example if you played in rain or got yourself dirty your immune system take care of it but yours didn’t develop well

      Most people don't drink enough water. I recommend drinking 1/2 body weight in oz per day or more

      +Ray-Ray I didn't believe when Gary Vaynerchuk said he didn't believe in getting sick anymore and that thought made his body strong, but by watching this video, it seems it's true. He said getting sick is an excuse to not go to work, and that belief since school to get out and be lazy made us sick.

    I watched this vedio today, without knowing all those secrets I have been doing most. I make kefir by myself and drink daily. I also experiencig good health while all my house mates getting ill.

    Hi. I liked your positive attitude towards human life. Thank you. My problem is that my sleep-wake cycle is disturbed. I sleep too late like 5AM and wake up at 2-4pm due to poor quality sleep. Can't cope-up with world like that. Can I take Melatonin(sleeping hormone) for a few days to fix it? Thank you

      Neeraj Arora I have insomnia and so does my mom, and melatonin works great for me. I’m not a doctor or anything, but I don’t think it’ll hurt to try a dose of 3 mg of melatonin (smallest dose; sold over the counter) for a week and see how it works for ya. Just take it 30-60 minutes before going to sleep.

      +Koumiki Hi Koumiki, I did try for a month and it helped. Now dont need it anymore. Doctors could not catch my problem so I ran major blood tests and found out I have thyroid problem(hypothyroidism) tsh-7.6. On pills now as doctor suggested thyroxine. But 2 online youtube doctors suggested to reduce any inflammation in immune system, so I am taking care of that to fix root cause along with thyroxine in meantime.
      I learnt a lesson that if your doc does not catch a problem which you r telling him, just run major blood tests and boom. You know whats wrong. This is like the weapon used for last resort. I dont guarantee that it always work, but it worked for me.

I've stopped all kind of white meats ever since, I eat only organic food, fruits I eat eggs sometimes 3 to4 and oatmeal in the morning each day, spend the rest of the day on fruits and water till my only meal in the evening and before I go to bed in the night most of the time I'm hungry so I take two banana each night, I make my own juice out of fresh and organic fruit, reduced sugar and cooking oil, most of my food is cooked with garlic and ginger, I exercise more and drink much water daily once.
      I was told that I the water I drink drains more of my minerals but I called it bullshit cuz I think what I consume is way more then what I excrete through the piss. I've been in alot of stressful situation but I'm a stress free guy, sometimes if it's not my heart that sees good in everybody regardless of what they do or if not my belief then it's water I drink and the walk I do. By reducing sugar I moved to honey instead but I didn't give up on sugar completely contrary to this guy. And here I am
