    Mike,
    Thanks for publishing your videos on TH-cam.
    I've had neck and back problems for much of my life. Gently exercising the stretches shown in your videos for over 3 months has dramatically reduced my neck and back pain. A very important aspect of your videos is to remember good head posture and to always keep the stomach tight while doing the exercises.Keeping the stomach tight strengthens the core in a non-evasive manner!!
    First, I do a couple of early morning back stretches.
    Next, I start my mornings by doing the simple posture exercises of this video.
    Then, I'll continue my morning regimen with one of your many other videos.
    Finally, I start my day with a healthy breakfast.
    I know I'll never be pain free, but your videos along with visits to my chiropractor makes life more tolerable and enjoyable.

    Hi Mike, I was in a lot of pain after my Breast OP and needed gentle exercises. Ever since I have come across your channel I have discovered that you don't need to of a mature age to enjoy your well prepared and well presented exercises. They are really versatile and adjustable to various fitness levels. Thank you so much .

    I have COPD and tried your posture exercises for a few days and much to my surprise, my average blood ox levels went up 6 to 7 points.

      I am building up to daily with this exercise.
      I find it's perfect for me-not too long or strenous so I dont dread doing thrm.

    I didn't do exercises for 2 days and just felt lost..like something was missing. I just completed 40 minutes of various 10 min. lower body, core and posture routines. I feel much better now and know I have done myself some good. Thank God for this wonderful free site. Thanks Mike!

    Hi- I'm not even a senior yet, 49 in 3 weeks but I've been sedentary for too long because of multiple foot issues surgeries and CRPS, so I'm starting slow. Though my feet still need a lot of help, everything else is finally falling together and I've decided to not give up, be depressed and stay in bed. Thank you for your workouts, did 2 today and 2 of someone else's ( sorry!
    I like that you remind us to breathe cuz that's super important.
    My 3rd day and it takes 7 days to make a habit.
    I'm optimistic

    Valuable to realise fitness is useful to balance when I thought it was all in the head.

    Great posture exercises in this video!! I am giving my R leg some rest as I sprained a muscle in the back of my R knee six days ago during the hamstring stretch. I was unable to bend my knee but no problem walking. It is very much better now, but decided to give it some rest. Thanks Mike for all the videos and God Bless!!!

    Agnes thank you so much! Easy and great for my life long poor posture that resulted in back injury. I’m ok now but aging at 65 and need to counter act the tendency to slouch!

    Great exercises . Can't do the exercise where you put your leg on top of the other leg that hurts my knees. But rest of them no problem. I felt a different just doing it the one time. I'm 70 with arthritis and these exercises are doable. Thanks so much. 😊😊

    Thanks so much for making great videos , I just had a birthday lol not telling my age lol posture is so important when you get older lol but I’m not,Iike your average older person lol i flip tractor tires I do 70 lb dead lifts I run I try and keep in as good a shape as I can. Exercise is so important for everyone to do at any age, please keep posting love watching your videos

    This is a great video for as my posture has changed drastically after too much 'walker' usage. Also, my legs have weakened from my pain situation with numerous spine problems and inability to stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Thank you!

    Mike this is the 1st time I've done your posture exercise. I read a recent reply you gave to another senior with scapula pain, so I tried this. Are there any additional exercises you'd suggest....upper strengthening also?

    Good exercize but U wish tou did not talk through every second. It is hard to have any thought of one's own, or to reflect on the exercise as it relates to one's own body. Monotone.
