WHAT HAPPENED TO BOB? WE HAVE NOT SEEN HIM FOR A LONG TIME.
@@hyd916'
I’m so glad you’re not changing the channel name❣️
Of course not!
I was just thinking the same thing! I wouldn’t watch it if the name changed!
Me too! Mike is great but I still miss Bob.
I was actually wondering, where is Bob?
Me too..but Mike is great….just used to the channel name
Mike brings joy and youthfulness to the channel. No complain about his voice. He just speaks clearly and happily. Glad he is on the channel.
Thank you!
I just will like for Mike to wear looser clothes
@@arturodemi5978why though 🤨 unnecessary
Seriously? I just wish he’d wear tighter clothes. 😁😜 heehee
i miss Bob so much. Prayers with him.
I really like that you’re giving us things to do over the course of several weeks.
Thanks for the feedback!
Me too!
Brad, you seem more and more comfortable talking to us. Thank you so much for everything you do for our community. You’re great!
The hard part is maintaining throughout the day. I can stand and walk upright with good posture as long as I am thinking about it, but when I am walking around thinking about other things I find myself slumping again unconsciously.
Muscles form memory. Old positions are more comfortable, because you're used to them. Stay conscious and keep working at forming new muscle memory. Good luck! :~)
Have viewed when needed but today I turned 77&realized I need to subscribe. Love Bob,miss Brad but Mike is great! Thanks for all you do!
I thank YOU🫵 and BRAD🫵 for this exercise on posture ! My GREAT GRANDMOTHER was “bent” over in this posture ! I am beginning to follow her “bent”posture” ! I thought I “inherited “ her “bent posture “ I am going to do these exercises religiously ! I am well into my 80s ,but that’s no excuse! Thank you ,Thank you both 👍 🙀👵🏻😻 🥰😍
I'm slouched over a desk all day long, so this is perfect timing to help Improve my posture. Welcome to the channel Mike!
So many people now use flex desks. ( I just made up that word.) So they can stand and type.
I gotta say, I love your channel @BobandBrad and Mike! Your exercises have taken away my shoulder pain recently.. now working on my lower back pain and posture .. I am so grateful for your clear, concise instructions 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊
Glad we could help!
This is perfect timing. My husband had a surgery where standing up straight was painful while healing. Its been a year and now hunching over is a habit, he can stand up straight, but needs help to remember/readjust his preferred posture. I think this will help his 70 yr old bod adjust, and it certainly won't hurt me to do it with him. I find myself looking at the ground a lot as I walk, and that little lump under my neck on my back is starting to get more defined. Great way to attack that now. Thanks so much. Mike, just ignore the trolls about your voice. You have improved your speech so much since you started that it is now understandable and a joy to listen to. They can lower their volumn if they think you are loud. I am very pleased that I can hear and understand you now. You notice no one said they couldn't understand you. You are doing great! Hi to Bob, glad to know you are still there. Brad is perfect as always, :-)
We're happy to help!
My back got really rounded after spinal surgery too, even though I wasn't having to hunch because of pain, etc. Even now, if I stand up straight, I feel like I'm poking my boobs out like a, well, you get my drift! 😆 My physio gave me some of the same routines mentioned in the video, but I need to be more dedicated to sticking to them.
@@BobandBrad Very pleased , as you are helping and replying at the same time.
I found you guys a couple of years ago and really tuned in to work out on my back issues. I know that you are so right because I was a massage therapist for 9 years. I was so strong then and so good at what I did for my clients.
Now I am in my 70's and I am a mess. And it is no accident that I found you again.
I am on a mission to set up an area to be able to once again follow you. I am older but I know this all works if it is done on a regular basis. The Posture Pad will be a future purchase I believe. Meanwhile, I am reorganizing my rooms to accommodate what I need to do to get back in shape. Thank you!
So helpful! These stretches are also great for cyclists. Thanks guys😊
Of course!
It would be great to get an insight into what can be done to address the issues caused by decades of bad cycling posture😀.
I want to thank you both for these videos. I’ve had multiple back surgeries, with rods and screws and do have that bent over posture. I’m sure going to try these and hope they help. I can’t tell you how uncomfortable and embarrassing it is to be all hunched over! I’d be eternally grateful if these help get me upright!!
Thank you for great simple effective moves for our bodies. It is wonderful to do these lying on the bed or floor, sitting in a chair and stretching without going into huff and puff exertions! Thank you. Thank you.
Bundle of thanks for this video. Pretty thankful to both of you. I am 59 now, and when I was probably 12, unknowingly, I was getting the hunched over posture. So my bad posture is 47 years old. Today, I tried the one exercise, taking a cane with both hands from front to back. I am sure sir, I will get rid of my hunched over posture within a few days.Thank you again. May both of you live long ! Remembering you in my prayers.
Thank you! Isn’t that the way we all begin in some way or other. I am so grateful for this particular video. I have a significant forward head carry and, at my new gym, one of the trainers seems intent to being sure I don’t forget it. So I am finally doubling down on dealing with it. Thus, this is timely for me. Over time you have helped me, and continue to help, with innumerable other challenges. And it’s not just me-family, friends, even the occasional stranger. Best to Bob ❤. And Mike, you seem increasingly comfortable in your new role and that is so good to see! Thank you for stepping up. And Brad (don’t want you to feel left out), you are wonderful. Plain and simple. Thank you so much!
Good one guys! Nice and simple. I'm starting these today!
Thanks for this. Healthy posture is so important. It’s worth the effort. Many moons ago, my dad had three fractures in his neck (fell off a ladder), and at age 91 now has terrible kyphosis. He is no longer walking, and even seated the forward head posture affects his breathing and ability to swallow. A heavy cross. p.s. “Hi, Bob!” 😉
We're sorry to hear that!
@@BobandBradThank you. Every day is a gift. 🕊
Thank you for the simple, clear, effective demonstration and ecplanation!
Great job Mike. Continued prayers for Bob. And Brad your father jokes are still spot on 😂
I love Brad’s more straightforward (or should I say “backward” 😂 approach to fit Mike’s style. Much more concise videos, all get right to the point.
I agree with suem...I love it when I can get directly into the exercises.
Thank you Guys, they are wonderful exercises , I just started to night doing them, took my pain away too. I am Grateful.
Brilliant! The pain I have in my neck which goes up behind my ears feels sooo good after these stretches. Thank you so much.
I sure do appreciate your videos more than you know thank you 😊
Happy to help!
Thanks for showing physical therapy and how can be fixed the problem.
IMGoodness this is so do-able and not hard at all ! Thank you so much !
No problem!
Thanks for these! The first week my chest muscles were so painful from being stretched. I have bad 'mom hunch'. Feeling better the second week!
You guys have helped me tremendously. Thank you! I really like your new faster moving format.
Man, you guys make it seem so possible. I have been trying for a year and a half to stand straight against wall with my head touching. Still can’t even with all the stretching and exercises. I am already doing these stretches, although not nearly as often. I’ve been once every day or so. Perhaps the repetitiveness is the key. We shall see. Thank you as always.
Stretch every morning before getting out of bed & after your morning routine, then in the afternoon before lunch or nap or whatever it is that you do. Then again before bed.
What I do is stretch every time I think about food, & make sure that I’m able to touch my toes.
You may have a kyphosis, as I do. I tried a program of forcibly straightening my upper spine with the assistance of hand weights, and this resulted in a temporary sharp pain in the centre of my upper back. It seems to me that I can work on my posture by ensuring that my hip flexors are allowing me to be fully upright from the hips, but I am stuck with my upper spine, which becomes slightly worse year by year. My mother and my sister are the same. It's still important to be able to stand as erect as possible, for the sake of our necks and our breathing, but there may be limits.
Your suggestion to focus one's gaze 15 feet ahead really works! Even on a snowy day. All the pavement is easily visible within that 15 feet. Many thanks. Kay
Interesting, useful and doable. Thanks for the video.
So needed! Thanks. 😅Hey to Bob and good spirits!
Thank you guys!! Love this!! I have horrible posture and a weak core! I'm starting these exercises today!!
Thank you very much. I will do these exercises everyday.
This was fun to watch. You guys have great energy! Love your style!! 😍 I learned some new useful tips too thanks!
How wonderful these stretches are.As for me, will correct hunch - forward leaning .Thanks a lot
I really appreciate all the exercises. Thank you
These two guys are awesome at what they do!
Thank you!
This waa exactly what I was looking for 😉
I blew out my L-4 with damage to 3& 5. Your recommendations are working especially for the Core and being able to stand tall.
Already made a difference doing it in my chair. Thanks.
Thank you, both flex posture stretch videos were awesome, so appreciate you all!
Our pleasure!
Awesome Demonstration! Thanks For Sharing!
Excellent and simple tips! If my old mother had known about these simple exercises, she would have saved herselt a lot of stress when she went into her eighties.
Thanks so much Bob & Brads .
Great series! 1 never thought I’d find a way to repair my hunch over neck
Great video! Very clear and informative
Glad you liked it!
Thank you very much for excellent advise. It does the trick and I am thankful.
Love you guys, so helpful.
awesome video! am always learning so much thanks.
These exercises are very helpful. Like one other viewer mentioned, I can practice these and when I’m mindful, my posture improves. As time goes on, though, I revert to hunching. Doing strength and weight exercises to develop my back and shoulder muscles really helped me to maintain better posture throughout the day more consistently.
Totally showing this to my mom!
This channel is very important for me. It is very helpful. I have neck, back problems. And I have learnt important exercises.
I haven’t known that Bob passed away. I am sorry.

Thanks for this!
Very helpful!
I appreciate you addressing this issue so I can help my mom. I'm surprised no one has commented about the in-bed exercise of lifting the arms over the head. I'd say 100% of people have a headboard or a wall that would prevent doing that move in Week 1. Suggestions? Just bend the arms over the top of the head?
This is awesome. Thank you!
Absolutely terrific! as usual!
We miss 😢 Bob
Great video!!! Thank you so much!!❤
You're welcome!
Thank you, I am 80 and just spent four months in the hospital with a bad heart valve, lost most of my energy and endurance, weak as a kitten also. I feel like the hunch back, going to put what you showed to work.
Thanks Bob & Brad!! Muito Obrigado!!
Great tips, guys
Excellent guidance and super tips, thank you
Make a new video about scoliosis with some new exercises or any stuff and about ankle dislocation 🥰
We can add it to our to-do list!
Thanks so much. Very good ideas in this video 👍
Great video. Thank you!
Our pleasure!
I would really like a book of exercises from Bob & Brad or a DVD so I wouldn't have to search the internet for you! Your programs on TH-cam are very useful and terrific but I still would like to have a book on exercises (the old fashioned way).
omg, thank you! I sooo needed this thank you!!
I'll be sure to do all of these in restaurants-----LOL! Thank you for another very helpful vid! I'm in PT to stop slouching, and it's hard to change, but I'm trying!!!
This really helped me! Thank you so much
Thank you sooooooo much for those EXERCICES.! I am 89 years.( young?!) and walking regularly and remind my self of good posture but spend time at my computer I kind of bend my neck to much! I enjoy very much to watch your shows. You are great ,guys! 👍🫶🇭🇷🇨🇦

Thank you for the great posture tips. I really need them. Are these stretches safe if I have bursitis in both my shoulders?
Great advice !!! Thank you!
