I can't thank you enough for the perfect (for me) content and your manner of presentation. I will continue to do this workout at least twice or more daily and will look for other videos from you. This was a perfect workout to keep me in shape while recuperating from foot surgery. The directions are clear. The pace is good for me, and I don’t feel like I’m just sitting all day. Just discovered this and the Chair Exercises for Seniors. Looking forward to doing these at least once a day.
This is excellent. Back in the day (the Stone Ages) I lived a physical life. I was a high school and college athlete, served in the Army and eventually competed in long distance running(5k, 10k, marathons, etc). Unfortunately I maintained that warrior mentality and pushed myself beyond the limits a 70 year old should. I’ve paid the price for my stupidity. This video puts things in perspective for me so that I can acknowledge my body’s limitations.
I am 68 years old and for fist time I hurt my upper arms by becoming instant gardener and carpetner as soon as I moved in the house. For a month and a half I worked eagerly every day until that night when sharp pain in my upper arm woke me up. I could not move the arm.... The difference between you and me is that I never worked physically that hard. So must be the stage I happend to be at the present time. I do feel sorry for me, you and anyone that must go through such a pain. The good thing is that I am enjoying the outcome of my effort, but will not do it insuch a speedy msnner Ever... Thank God we have Mike to help us. I only hope he lives close...

These exercises are just great. They are so precise and it shows the difference when one is taught by a true professional. I now do a mix of them as each one has a different focus.
Tried this to-day always feel a bit wairy as have oesteoperosis in my back so always trying to protect it incase it goes but also want better core muscles. Thank you did this one to-day though.
I love Mike. I am 73-years-old and have been using his videos off and on for months. It's so easy to do and he is so easy to understand and follow. His good looks and accent are an added bonus. I encourage ANY Senior to try these. I hate to admit it, but doing these exercises has greatly diminished my bursitis, my arthritis in my right shoulder, and many other aches and pains I had from being an old couch potato. I am recommending him to everyone I know, my age or not. For younger folks, these are a super way to ease into more exacting exercises. I am SO glad I found this site. I LOVE IT! I would love to buy the videos. Are these available in DVD?

These short routines are super. I can do them all day long as a break from so much lock-down sitting @ computer or drawing or or Such a great little hourly break that works my whole body as the day goes along. And yes I do full routines sometimes, too. THANKS!!!

This is so great for me! 67 and both hips replaced. During this stay-at-home Covid 19 event, this is a bright spot of hope for me. I will come out of this stronger and better in balance, stability and strength for riding my horse, bike and just plain life. Thank you!!

Thank you for showing some low impact core exercises. I have bad knees, back, and feet. Many core exercises are impossible for me to do without injuring myself further. This will help me strengthen my core so I have more options for weight loss in the future.
