I also feel the almonds and cashews could be half broken and also I feel we could add half oats powder and half whole roasted oats for that extra crunch and if you want to make it crunchier add a handful of rice crispies as well . Also see if it works well for you if you can also add anjeer( dried figs) . It'll make the binding better. About 10 pieces of anjeer along with the dates in the mixie I love the crackle the seeds of the figs make in the mouth

@Hrvoje Batrnek Yes you are right, but I meant to say that like fruits also contains sugar which isn't bad for us(if consume in moderate) similarly dates also contains natural sugar (far better than sugarcane sugar). The point is we should consume them in moderation according to time (early morning is the best) not like eating a full shown BAR !

The powder makes it nonsticky sir.rather than using oats as whole if we use powder it will reduce the stickiness of dates and will not stick to the paper and get to proper shape.

There is totally no need to heat or cook any of this.
You can use all ingredients as they are and just mix with date to hold it together (without soaking and cooking and adding oat flour).
If you soak and rehydrate the dried nuts beforehand - even better!
Raw is healthier (and saves fuel and washing dishes).

after you cut it up to your size...you keep it in the refrigertor , in tight sealed container , stays up to one month or more , but normally granular never stay long as everyone eats it faster than plan
