This is what I loved about vanilla WoW , it made the dungeons and raids more special .
Molten core fragment - You can skip a lot of mobs by jumping of the ledge at 25:15 where you fight the flamewalker boss and using the bit of path next to the lava, there are fire elementals in the lava. Good heals, speed buffs and levitates advised.
It confuses me, how he will be all "wow no way?" "Thats how thats done!?" And "oh yeah I did that" all in the same segment

well i did most of the events as well at some point and had forgotten about a lot of steps and how they worked exactly, its been almost 2 decades dood
if I recall correctly, the "Gni'kiv medallion" and the dwarf npc's are an easter egg of the "lost vikings game (1992)". they share the same names as the characters in the lost viking game and gni'kiv is just viking backwards
Dungeons should be an experience and an adventure not a time trial race to the last boss.
But Asmongold, if they're going to put more RPG mechanics into new dungeons like there were in BRD, then how are they gonna make it streamlined enough for Mythic+? You're forgetting that WoW is apparently an esport, not an RPG.
I loved the quest chain for my Pally mount ... did it in vanilla and in bc for my blood elf back in the day. I missed the quest.

what was the name of the Legion Dungeon where you could interact with stuff if you had the right class/race/proffesion? that was i think the last time i saw a dungeon that had this kind of fun stuff involved with it

a speed run dungeon would be cool. no cut scene, no phase out etc. but the longer you need the more ads everythere. give you the more exp the faster you are. but you need a real tank and a good healer. single dmg and aoe.

Lol since the items are shared among the group, my first time doing Zul Farrack i ran up the stair and rung the gong unaware of what would happen. The boss came up from the water so i can only assume that the group leader had obtained the mallet before hand
You needed the mallet to ring the gong at all in vanilla, they removed that later though.
I wish I was 16 again and actually play the game, and not get pissed after dying and quitting
is it me or does Zul'farrak rarely ever pop up in LFG after MoP. like since like legion I've never had it pop in an LFG que in the right level bracket. just realised this now

Apparently you don't know anything about armor values and how it diminishes compared to the damage reduction.
Ask around to Feral tanks what the physical damage reduction difference is between 13k and 14k armor. :)

I've never actually heard anyone besides Asmon say they liked BRD. It was almost universally hated when I was playing back in vanilla, BC and wotlk. It took forever to get to, even with a lock, you'd get pvp ganked every single time getting in, the dungeon was laid out completely stupidly, was confusing, and was far, far too lengthy. God help you if you need to do a corpse run. Oh, and that stupid candle room (lyceum?) was the death of all pugs. And of course everyone had shitloads of quests in BRD so you HAD to run it. Just awful.

I just noticed Asmon's teeth are out like a goofer in every single clip.
Druids are NOT mitigation tanks mconnel and they were the worst aoe tanks but with the shout hotfix are now second for aoe tanking to paladins.....but u know asmon and mconnel played vanilla as a druid dedicated tank it's super annoying when dps or other tanks dont know about ur ability to tank and what ur good at and not good at do some research it's not hard

Keys make no sense in an rpg like WoW lorewise.. So it's good that Blizzard removed them, because let's be honest, if WoW was real, the tank in the group would just break down any door or gate by ramming their head into it or smash their big axe into the lock...
