Looks like a small school of mullet; they swim just under the surface and make ripples like this. If you watch a little earlier, you can see these ripples in several places at the same time.
Tires are not a good idea for pleasure boats because they leave black scuffs on the gelcoat. It's the *boater's* responsibility to move slowly and gently near the dock. It's not up to the city to protect people from their own carelessness.
Funny that our friends on the East side of Florida always tell us they don't need cages on their pools because they don't have the bogs like the West side. Then you "spill the beans". Anyway, we are going in shore fishing tomorrow, maybe stop to do some swimming at a sand bar. Nothing serious, a good day on the water. God bless you all. Life is good.

I have a 2008 EXT with 6.2 and all wheel drive and it pulls my 350 Marlin SF (12,000 lbs including the trailer) up a steep ramp like nothing. However I would still be a little nervous with that big ass Sea Ray.
