For me, counting my calories was huge. It made me realize I was simply eating way too much! Especially refined carbs and sugars. I know it can be triggering for some people, but if you’re in a healthy mental space and want to become more self aware, I think it can be a great tool. Now, when I shift into the health “maintenance” stage, I probably won’t keep counting them. But I have learned so much about self control and proper portions, etc, that I know I’ll be able to stay in a good range even when I’m not tracking it! Great video overall, especially for newbies ☺️
If counting calories is triggering for some people, I think just keeping a food journal for a couple of days to a week can often give this same result. I definitely used to be more of a grazer, and just the process of making myself write down every time I ate something made me realize I was eating too frequently, and eating too many simple carbs.
Nothing works for everyone - except maybe breathing. Just portion control did it for me. But that's me. Some swear by macros, others by certain foods. It's getting kind of fun now to see how many paths there are to get to the same place. And celebrate each other for doing it. 😊 🌹🦋🌷🎉💝🌟
It was helpful me to log foods during the week, fitting into my work/life routine. I was also a person who was eating relatively healthy foods but just too darn much of it. I also stuck with three meals per day, no snacking.

So good! Really liked the “one bite at a time” one….so true and didn’t realize that I do that all the time…and then constantly have that mental battle and regret cycle. Will be more cognizant of it now!
I love that you said you weigh more now than before you lost 45 lbs. current struggle for me right now. Gained 10 lbs of muscle and trying to ditch the scale for good! Thank you for this video… so so helpful!
Finally someone on a diet journey with hypothyroidism like me.... I love your videos, they're so informative and helpful. So grateful for your content!
These are great tips!!! When I went in my weight loss journey I dropped soda, bad carbs, sugar, and I started cooking at home. Grilled chicken, pork chops, steak. Filled up my plate with 3/4 veggies and on days I ate carbs I would add in a sweet potato or quinoa. Exercised daily. Drank lots of water, tea, coffee. Started intermittent fasting. I Went from a size 14 to a size 2 in two years! I’m a 40 year old female and I’ve never felt healthier!
i really appreciate videos like this that talk about weight loss naturally and positively. i hate when i see videos about weight loss that promote EDs or are fatphobic. this one is motivating and feels safe :)
I also became obsessed with calorie counting before and during the pandemic. I lost 26 pounds and looked absolutely incredible, but I felt SO freaking unhappy every day and I was grumpy because I counted every single calorie and I restricted myself so much and exercised like 3 times a day or workout and burn every single calorie and then binge eat at night. I gained the weight back AND more. This time, I’ve been eating food with no added sugars, lots of greens and proteins, and occasional treats within a healthy limit. I’ve lost 12 pounds since December and I haven’t restricted myself and I haven’t been grumpy, hating myself, or obsessing. I’ve been showing up for myself and doing the dang thing. Counting calories didn’t work for me and Katie’s videos have helped me become the person I needed to find to find MYSELF again!!
I completely completely agree on how these things can not only keep you up at a good weight but also change life for good. It was a great journey for me to realise how important is a healthy body and not just being skinny. Now, for me, the goal is to just live a healthy life following a healthy lifestyle. Exercising ,for me, is not for burning calories anymore but a way of becoming more active, alert and happy. Thankyou for this video, it felt really good to hear these things from a certified dietician.
Ok gotta say it. I lost weight just cutting out refined sugar ONLY in my 20s and 30s. By the time I was 40 - nope, my body doesn’t respond to any of these tips anymore. I’ve tried them all. I am 60lbs down because of you❤️I ditched WW and I struggled letting my other calorie/macro counting app go,but I did! I stopped “tracking” and started eating cleaner. Wow you so share my world, I am 70 yrs and I’ve been struggling with a belly and thinking why is it taking so long and I’m seeing I brought up with a balanced diet only we had sweets at home so I’ve been 15 to 25 over weight and roller coaster dieting all my life, I’m now getting a healthy mindset and now I see it’s the habits and how eat and make a difference and not cry after I buy clothes cause I’m a extra large instead of a medium
OMG, I just completely came by your page on accident and feel like I'm looking in a mirror!!! Thank you for all of your great advice and insight! I liked and subscribed to you and cannot wait to hear/learn more! I also suffer from hypothyroidism and usually can keep weight off easily, but NOT in the past couple of years! Things HAVE to change!!! I'm SO, SO, SO grateful to have found your channel! Thank you! Sabrina
This was like music to my ears. I have hypothyroidism as well and I’ve done the extreme calorie counting regime. I’ve gotten tired of it and then went the other way of just eating it all. Now I’m trying to find a middle, balanced ground to my diet and healthy lifestyle journey.
This is exactly what I’ve been doing and after a similar history. I have Hashimotos and have spent my whole life doing some sort of diet on and off. I felt like running across this was confirmation that I’m making the right choices. Thanks for sharing your story!
Loved this! I have pcos and insulin resistance and can relate to basically all of these. I will also say that I realized that when I over exercised (either in intensity or time), I held onto more weight because it stressed my body out. 🙏🏻❤️
Great video. I'm currently drying to lose 45lbs. And these are all things that I have been doing. Glad to see I'm doing things that do bring success. I can't wait to lose this pregnancy weight
This is so great! Thank you! Could you do some videos about mental health habits that you ditched? Sometimes waking up in the morning, all the negative self-talk starts all over again, also when walking around in public, and then also at night...could you address how you stopped negative self-talk?
Ever since I started following you I realized I was not eating enough I was avoiding carbs or feeling guilty when I ate the and 2 weeks ago I decided to eat more, I have 3 meals a day and snacks and I lost weight, no joke, my belly got way smaller and I can see my abs, it's amazing. So it is true the fact that many women who eat less don't loose weight!
Wow! I don’t know how old you are (you look pretty young) but it took me into my 50’s to to start doing the things you listed. This is great advice…I wish everyone would take heed of these wise 5 things. Thanks for sharing…
Thank you so much for this video. I actually am guilty of a few of these bad habits, so to hear them said out loud makes me feel like I'm not alone. Like if I am a part of a sisterhood, and it helps me to feel accountable for my actions. You have been such an inspiration to me, and I love doing your workouts on FitOn!
This is super helpful! I lost 100 lbs, then had a hysterectomy at age 37, and everything went crazy. Finally lost the 40 lbs gained after surgery (2 yrs later) but it's a slow start back to healthy daily habits. Ty for the helpful tips
I just came across your video about the 5 Habits... I was so impressed! Good for you and good for all your followers! I started all of what you suggested 11 weeks ago (even before I found you) and I agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY with everything you said. Thanks so much for this video clip and I will be passing it along to my friends. I am 60 years old and haven't felt better. I have no idea how much weight I have lost and I really truly don't care. My body feels and looks different and that's what matters. I'm kind of tired of women saying it's our age or it's so hard to lose weight after menopause. Baloney! It's OUR HABITS that are sabotaging us not our hormones. Again, thank you. This video made my day. It has encouraged me to keep going to have the body I have always dreamed of!
Fran- are you on HRT? Because that makes a huge difference. I’m not on it because the women in my life were getting cancer. So ya it’s much harder for me. I have 10 lbs to go and ya it’s breaking me
I want to come out and say thank you for this video! I've been lost in my health journey and always fun into a roadblock and you make so much sense and have been the only one that has made sense to me thus far. Thank you so much!
Your tips are great!! I especially like how you brought up that it is a good thing not to weigh yourself too often. One thing that it can be difficult a lot of us to realize is that when we gain muscle, the number on the scale is going to increase. Again, great tips! Thanks for sharing!
I did calories - counting as well and I was so unhappy. It takes so much time and I stopped enjoying food. I got into a really bad circle of eating and counting and forgot the part of actually enjoying the eating. Thank you for this Katie.
OMG I literally ate a donut on Saturday as a "treat" and felt SO sick a few hours later. My body straight up rejected it. I love how much my body is changing and that something like a donut will make me feel like crap for the rest of the day. In the past I used to eat two or three donuts in the past with no issues.
My problem is I haven’t eaten sugar for 19 years. If I do ( rare)I don’t feel anything but anger. Like why did I do that. I don’t feel any physical affects just mental lol
you loved getting sick and feeling like crap? over a donut? I’m sorry, but that is exactly why we shouldn’t cut certain foods completely out of our diets.
I one month without eating processed foods, sugar, dairy and white grains then yesterday i went out with my friends and tried to eat hamburger, i didnt eat even half of it and felt sick bc it was so greasy and my stomach started to hurt bc i'm not even allowed to eat milk or white grains...i regret eating it
Thank you for spreading these ideas! The thinnest and fittest I've ever been (before I developed multiple chronic health issues that - with their meds - caused weight gain and impeded my ability to work out) was also the most unhappy / most mentally unstable time in my life. I was restricting calories and working out tons in order to gain some sense of control over my otherwise chaotic and highly-stressful life. FFW to now (17 yrs later): all of the chronic illnesses (hereditary) I developed forced me to prioritize my mental and physical health and well-being. Thankfully I've found some treatments that have allowed me to regain some health, eat more kinds of foods again, and even lose most of the weight I'd gained from the medication. I'm about 2 sizes from my thinnest (down from 7 at my largest), and I'm nowhere near as fit as I had been, nor will I ever be. However, I now have a much healthier relationship to myself and to food! And I too used to do these things (except for the drive thru - I live in Europe so I walk/use public transport for everything - though I grew up in the US and my parents most definitely raised me with the drive-thru) and have since stopped doing them (though I still struggle to eat enough - I often fill my plate with the amt I know I should eat and just eat slowly, even taking breaks, until I get myself to finish.) I only get weighed at the Dr. - and I have to ask her to not make such a big deal about my weight, as I know it's just one factor but doesn't necessarily correlate with good health. BMIs are simply unscientific; if anything, a body composition (% fat, muscle, bone, water) can be very helpful, yet it can be expensive / difficult to get one done. At the end of the day, our bodies and minds know what they need, what they like, even if they have to first get used to them if they're new. Thus, learning to listen to our bodies, and to tune out all the noise of diet culture and all of the toxic crap that accompanies it, is the best thing we can do!
You are the first person to say what I've been struggling with! I hate tracking, I do it for 3 weeks and then get so frustrated I give up. It's time consuming and some times frustrating. Thank you for this video!
I track foods during the work week only. I work traditional M-F business hours,.and it was not painful to include tracking as part of my routine. Weekends are never tracked. That schedule made it very doable and not stressful for me.
Sounds like we were doing exactly the same thing for most of our lives. I just recently stop "punishing me" with over working out or too much healthy life style which lasted only like 1 month and then I often got sick, weak and fed up. Only now starting to treat my body with movement I like and the right amount and the same goes for the food and what a surprise I feel sooooo much better both mentally and physically. Crazy how being nice to ourselves is paying of way better then being too negative with our own body and fitness journey.
Yup. #3 was me! Not moving everyday, then getting in a super intense workout for a few days and then I’d be tired & sore and give up. The LSF app has kept me consistent. This is my longest sweat streak ever. 57 days today!💖 Thanks for sharing Katie ☺️✨
Thank you for the tips Pretty Lady! I am on a journey of weight lost, I just want 5o loose 20 lbs...So far, I lost 8lbs. Lol, thanks again for the tips!
This my first video of hers but wow I love her. She gave me realistic tips that I am excited to implement. My personal favorites are move for 10 mins everyday and quitting “bad foods” one bite at a time.
I randomly came across this video and I'm so grateful I did! You talked about such realistic tips and I was just so glad to hear them... living in constant diets / calorie counting etc is just not sustainable in the long run..
This video shows we are all different. I love calorie counting and getting to the macro level. I'm eating more often, more healthy and losing weight. I still have a drink and pizza night out because of this without worrying whst it will do to my progress
I love measuring my progress by trying on my clothes that I stopped being able to fit in. Then I do a little fashion show for my husband showing off my outfits after my weight loss. 🥰
I love that you are also not counting your calories. I feel you, when everytime im watching my calories intake im not on my best version of me. I also let it go recently and im very happy i did 😍💪 thank you for sharing that.
I like weighing myself because I feel like my health relys on staying under 150 . I was told by my doctor to stay under 150 to keep diabetes at Bay. It has worked for me and my height. Thanks 😊 for your video. I like it.
i love you. i’m 20 and my confidence have completely destroyed me physically and mentally since i was 16 and diagnosed with PCOS AND ENDOMETRIOSIS. double WHAMY. i couldn’t find people that were like me that got through to the other side. i’m on my way.
Thank you so much for sharing all these. I was guilty of over exercising too. Also the calorie counting your right letting that go helps and is so smart.
I dont understand how comments are so negative. Shes sharing her experience not forcing you at gunpoint to follow along. Im a disabled vet, have cancer, and much of what she talks about effects me too. So many of you know so much about so little, try listening instead of judging.
i was 58 kg and i lost 5 kg now but there is no difference in my body , i can't see any visible changes . am i doing it right? or where did i go wrong? i still haven't reached my goal but it makes me demotivated. its okay right? it will take some time to see some changes , right? what should i do ?
I loved this video! I've felt so alone with all my struggles but you literally struggled with all the same things I have over the years. Some of these I have already conquered but it's still very healing to hear other women go through the same silly talk in their heads.
Thanks so much for putting these habits and actions into words and reminding everyone we are all doing and thinking these things. We aren't alone in these health living journey 🤗
Yes! I lost 30 pounds by a 500 calorie deficit mainly and a bit of exercise--now I have like 12 pounds left to be at healthiest weight/BMI according to my doctor but they just aren't budging--it's actually yo-yoing a few pounds back and forth. I was using calorie counting, WW app and others but I think my body is just holding on to everything. Definitely trying to have a healthier exercise routine (that's not all or nothing) and tone up!
I would say ditch the scale and focus on how your body feels and focus on what you are putting in your body! Counting calories will bring you more stress than good! Just focus on eating clean and healthy and still enjoying the food you eat!
I just lost 32 lbs I don’t count cals, I do weigh myself everyday I drink a ton of water each day I added extra excercise I do 4 days a week and walk I keep a log of what I eat and drink I made a chart to keep myself accountable I gave up eating junk food I switched from diet Pepsi to water cut down on pasta still eat it but within limits . Small habits turn to changed behavior . I also realized I was drinking way to much wine at night starting at dinner .I will admit I hate working out but I do cardio and weight training it’s so far worked for me. I’m obsessed with the scale I will admit always have been . Thank you for your helpful tips congrats On your 45lb loss
We are the sum total of our DAILY habits we develop and practice over a lifetime. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 11 years ago and told I would be on prescription drugs for LIFE! Was taking eight drugs including 120 pain pills a month, depression meds., tranquilizers, steroid creams for severe skin rashes and more. As the result of changing my eating habits from a junk food diet to a lifestyle rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and meat twice a week. I have dropped seven prescription drugs and lost forty pounds. This is not easy to do. Although once you develop these habits in time the processed foods and processed sugar are rarely craved. Not to mention you free so much better.
This could work for some people but not people starting out. Intuitive eating only works if you have an idea od calories. Counting calories helps you understand that one restaurant meal can be a whole day's calories. Over-exercising is not usually the problem, not exercising is.
I also struggle with hypothyroidism so it’s extra hard for me to lose weight. I also put on weight super fast. All of these habits I do unfortunately. Family and friends have been telling me this for years, but it definitely helped to hear it from you. Hopefully I can change them 🙏🏼
I really needed to here this! I was just thinking today “omg I have a wedding at the end of April and I haven’t been working out so this coming week I’ll workout 3 hours a day” Now I know. Thank you!
Thank you, this is good. I started working out routinely two months ago just for my overall health and to build some muscle and feel better in general. This is all great advice. I think I'm on the right path but I can always take a couple more steps to better myself. Also, you and all the ladies watching this rock! I hope the dudes out there should benefit from this life improving mindset. Most of us humans have some bad habits to shed.
Great video! I feel quite excited to have found your channel. Your teaching is very on point and I needed this reminder. I was a.personal trainer for years. At this point I have gone through some health struggles and need to get back on track. I will be using your videos for encouragement.
My Feb goal was to do my daily 10 every day this month. Seems small but I've been successful and have hit every single day! Now I've built the habit and am ready to add more! Can't wait for Spring Slim Down this yr! 💕💕
Wellp. Lots of your old habits are my current things I gravitate too. Thanks for making this, I’ve been finding it hard because I was healthy for a long long time and then suddenly I wasn’t. It doesn’t come off nearly as fast, turns out 😅
Hi there, just wanted to say you're so gorgeous! And I just found your channel, I suffer from Graves disease and I'm over 300lbs currently, I've been big my whole life
I wasn’t diagnosed with hypothyroidism, but I also have a hard time losing weight!!!! I gain muscle, when I walk, but doing nothing and not eating as much, I’m losing weight it seems like lol! I have a cyst on my thyroid, though. For the last several years, actually. I go to the doctor once a year and the cyst stays the same, which is only 3 cm long.

Great idea❤️
@@LoveSweatFitness have you ever done intermittent fasting? Do you think it’s beneficial?
Ever since I started following you I realized I was not eating enough I was avoiding carbs or feeling guilty when I ate the and 2 weeks ago I decided to eat more, I have 3 meals a day and snacks and I lost weight, no joke, my belly got way smaller and I can see my abs, it's amazing. So it is true the fact that many women who eat less don't loose weight!
I am so glad to hear you are eating more and losing weight!! 😍
Wow! I don’t know how old you are (you look pretty young) but it took me into my 50’s to to start doing the things you listed. This is great advice…I wish everyone would take heed of these wise 5 things. Thanks for sharing…
Love the content, I can so relate. Starting my weight loss journey again, using your tips.
Wish me luck 🍀
I empathize with you completely. Everything you said sounded so familiar. And when I heard you say it it opened my mind to knowing myself better.
The eating one bite at a time is so relatable! That is what I mainly have struggled with! Thanks for sharing! Such helpful tips 😊
You're so welcome! 🤗
Thank you!
This is super helpful! I lost 100 lbs, then had a hysterectomy at age 37, and everything went crazy. Finally lost the 40 lbs gained after surgery (2 yrs later) but it's a slow start back to healthy daily habits. Ty for the helpful tips
Thank you for sharing!
Keep a check on hormone levels.
I love how authentic, thoughtful & positive you are! You totally Rock! Keep transforming the world--one video @ a time! :')
You are so sweet! Thank you!!
Love it! Exactly what I needed, I need 20 pounds to lose in a healthy way
😍
This is amazing!! I totally agree with you! I am so happy for you❤️
Fran- are you on HRT? Because that makes a huge difference. I’m not on it because the women in my life were getting cancer. So ya it’s much harder for me. I have 10 lbs to go and ya it’s breaking me
I want to come out and say thank you for this video! I've been lost in my health journey and always fun into a roadblock and you make so much sense and have been the only one that has made sense to me thus far. Thank you so much!
Aw thank you! I am so glad I am able to help you through this journey and support you💖
Your tips are great!! I especially like how you brought up that it is a good thing not to weigh yourself too often. One thing that it can be difficult a lot of us to realize is that when we gain muscle, the number on the scale is going to increase. Again, great tips! Thanks for sharing!
So true!
I did calories - counting as well and I was so unhappy. It takes so much time and I stopped enjoying food. I got into a really bad circle of eating and counting and forgot the part of actually enjoying the eating. Thank you for this Katie.
Macros are a nightmare!! As you said, it takes the enjoyment out of the food and eating!
❤️
OMG I literally ate a donut on Saturday as a "treat" and felt SO sick a few hours later. My body straight up rejected it. I love how much my body is changing and that something like a donut will make me feel like crap for the rest of the day. In the past I used to eat two or three donuts in the past with no issues.
It is crazy how much our body will tell us!
Thank you for sharing❤️
I track foods during the work week only. I work traditional M-F business hours,.and it was not painful to include tracking as part of my routine. Weekends are never tracked. That schedule made it very doable and not stressful for me.
I feel like youre talking right to me! You got my attention girl!
Counting calories is such a good tool for me.. I feel productive when I’m able to count my calories.
I stay between 1,600 - 1,800 calories.
Yup. #3 was me!
Not moving everyday, then getting in a super intense workout for a few days and then I’d be tired & sore and give up. The LSF app has kept me consistent. This is my longest sweat streak ever. 57 days today!💖
Thanks for sharing Katie ☺️✨
OMG Selena that is INCREDIBLE!!! Congrats beauty!
Thank you for the tips Pretty Lady! I am on a journey of weight lost, I just want 5o loose 20 lbs...So far, I lost 8lbs. Lol, thanks again for the tips!
Yes thank you. I was doing part of this. Thanks for the confirmation.
❤️
10:37 that is such a good point. I pretty much only get fast food on long drives, like 3+ hours.
This video is pure gold.
This my first video of hers but wow I love her. She gave me realistic tips that I am excited to implement. My personal favorites are move for 10 mins everyday and quitting “bad foods” one bite at a time.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I pray God continues to move you to help others.🌺
Love my Monday mornings! I look forward to the videos and I always send to my teenage daughter. Love the positivity
Aw thank you!
Everything you said was soooo relatable!! Thanks for sharing
These are such great tips, katie! So practical but you just don’t always think about how you’re eating. Thank you for sharing
Glad it was helpful!
I love measuring my progress by trying on my clothes that I stopped being able to fit in. Then I do a little fashion show for my husband showing off my outfits after my weight loss. 🥰
Love this!!
I feel inspired! I was so low and I struggle. Thank you
I do the same thing! I know how certain foods make me feel. If I'm craving something sweet, I think what is my body really needing!
Yes!
I love that you are also not counting your calories. I feel you, when everytime im watching my calories intake im not on my best version of me. I also let it go recently and im very happy i did 😍💪 thank you for sharing that.
So glad to hear this!
So true!! The stress calorie-counting causes is definitely a major causer for weight retention.
Yes!
@@LoveSweatFitness 💙💙💙
I like weighing myself because I feel like my health relys on staying under 150 . I was told by my doctor to stay under 150 to keep diabetes at Bay. It has worked for me and my height. Thanks 😊 for your video. I like it.
i love you. i’m 20 and my confidence have completely destroyed me physically and mentally since i was 16 and diagnosed with PCOS AND ENDOMETRIOSIS. double WHAMY. i couldn’t find people that were like me that got through to the other side. i’m on my way.
I am so sorry to hear this! I am always here to support you!
Thank you so much for sharing all these. I was guilty of over exercising too. Also the calorie counting your right letting that go helps and is so smart.
😍
I dont understand how comments are so negative. Shes sharing her experience not forcing you at gunpoint to follow along. Im a disabled vet, have cancer, and much of what she talks about effects me too. So many of you know so much about so little, try listening instead of judging.
Thank you for this video! Currently on my 40 lbs weight-loss journey these were very helpful
You got this!
Walking is an amazing way to start. Being outside in nature if you can is even better!
i was 58 kg and i lost 5 kg now but there is no difference in my body , i can't see any visible changes . am i doing it right? or where did i go wrong? i still haven't reached my goal but it makes me demotivated. its okay right? it will take some time to see some changes , right? what should i do ?
I loved this video! I've felt so alone with all my struggles but you literally struggled with all the same things I have over the years. Some of these I have already conquered but it's still very healing to hear other women go through the same silly talk in their heads.
Thesev are fantastic tipsnndseem very doable to see a change! Thank you!!! Biggest take away for me is the calorie counting!! THANK YOU
This is one of the best videos about weight loss! The best tips! ❤
Cava!!! Love that place. Great video Katie. Feels like we are hanging out on the sofa. Love it!
Love to hear it!
Thanks so much for putting these habits and actions into words and reminding everyone we are all doing and thinking these things. We aren't alone in these health living journey 🤗
I have been burnt out and not in it for years! Eeek I’m excited for your free spring slim down
Yay! I am so excited for you!!
Ugh me too! The last bit is always the hardest
Thank you for your helpful tips congrats
On your 45lb loss
Thank you so much for sharing!
Such a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight and be healthy! Thank you x
Thank you!
😍
So helpful!! I need to stop doing some of these😬.. Can’t wait to see what the challenge is about..
❤️
Great video! Great conscious decisions.
I love this! So inspiring Katie!
Your face is also in great shape. A testament to the powers of exercise, diet and peace of mind.
THANK YOU FOR THIS. Most helpful fitness video i hv encountered in my journey❤
For men? Wth 🤨
Love all of your videos can’t wait till the next one!
😍
You look very young. That makes a huge difference...
Excellent video! Thank you for your inspiration..
You are so welcome!
OK LOVE THIS!!! Subscribed!!!😁😁😁😁😁
What’s your daily 10?
@@shannaegland25 I do the daily 10 workouts Katie's app and love it!
Yay!! Keep it up❤️
Thank you for these tips that are not *diet type* related. ❤️
great video as always!!! sidenote, please do a makeup tutorial, you look so beautiful!
Wellp. Lots of your old habits are my current things I gravitate too. Thanks for making this, I’ve been finding it hard because I was healthy for a long long time and then suddenly I wasn’t. It doesn’t come off nearly as fast, turns out 😅
Finally someone who makes sense.
Thank you 🐨
Lots of good points/suggestions. Especially to pay attention to your body and what its telling you. Keto really taught me that.
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your story. So
Nice to hear real life journey!
Glad you enjoyed it!
