    My goal is to lose the last 15 to 20lbs! I've lost 43 lbs already just by walking 3-5 miles every single day...I rescued a big dog that requires these walks no matter how I feel, no matter if it's raining, snowing or 100 degrees out! Now I need to get back in the gym or to yoga regularly!

    My goal is to find a routine that works for me! I always set unrealistic goals and then am disappointed when I’m not consistent. Setting smaller attainable goals will help me be more consistent!

      Do Pilates with ankle weights or without/ lift weights. Cardio is great, walking with the kids.

      That was my goal too. I had no energy and some health issues. I then focused on gut health and quality supplements and I feel like a brand new person. It’s possible!

    My number one goal is to be realistic with the goals I set myself! I've always been an all our nothing person, but after being diagnosed with fibro I have zero energy all the time, so I need to build myself up slowly so that I can stick with a routine and get my motivation back.

    Just had my second baby almost 6 weeks ago I have lost all the weight just now have that lower belly pouch. This was also my second c section so goals for summer are definitely gaining back muscle and losing the pouch.

    I appreciate your videos so much, as well as your line of products. My goal is to continue to listen to my body, work out, eat healthy. I have just started increasing my protein. I also have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto, so I am continuously struggling with keeping flare-ups down. We have just adjusted again....ugh what a pain this is.     My goal this summer is to continue building strength so that I can finally do a sprint triathlon. I was in a bad accident that destroyed one of my legs, and the doctor said there was a small chance I would ever be able to do a marathon or any kind of high intensity workout. 4 years later, I’m able to run a mile without stopping, and I hope I can eventually make it to 10 or more! But I really gotta focus on this stubborn belly fat as well. 😅

    I have really enjoyed your channel ever since I joined. I've loved your content, energy, and super advice. I am in my 50's and my goal is to push to hit the weights/strength training at home.     My goal for summer is to lose 10 lbs. I try to stick to more protein for meals. I have heard even healthy carbs turns to sugar. I try to get my carbs from vegetables. I also do 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio. Sunday is either total rest or mobility to stretch. Thank you for this video!

      Carbs turning to sugar (glucose) is just how our body processes them and we need carbs because we use that glucose for energy.

    I’m 4weeks post partum with my second child and this time around I have been staying on top of my vitamins and SSRIs so I mentally feel really good, but my body feels weak, and doesn’t look toned. I want to feel strong be proud of the way my body looks just as much as I’m proud of what my body has gone through, and I know my diet (fuel) is lacking.

    Thanks for making this video. I work with Beachbody and love it. I also love following you and incorporating many of your habits in as I'm a hypothyroidism girlie too. I definitely struggle with losing the belly fat. I would love to ditch that. I'm actually scheduled to see my endocrinologist soon for a check in. I walk/run 3 days a week and have started doing HIIT 3 days a week with a rest day in there. I've definitely been better with protein and I know that has helped.     My number 1 goal is to work on my mental health and lose 15-20 pounds. I have hashimotos/ hypothyroidism so I have been struggling. This past year was also a toll on my mental health for stress, depression, and anxiety which has caused me to gain more weight making me more self conscious.     My goal for summer is to be healthier and stronger I had an heart attack in April followed by open heart surgery, it was a shocker to us because I eat healthy and work out. But I am doing even better with my eating now and start cardiac therapy soon. So I am working on healthy and stronger 💪

Today is my 6th day in a row working out, i have not consistently worked out in over 3 years and since I had my son, i’ve gained 45 pounds. I’ve honestly NEVER been fit and i just want to be healthy and skinnier and eat better and FEEL better mentally and physically. Just from this 6 days I feel a lot better so far. I can’t wait to see the results in 90-120 days!! I am staying determined by watching videos like yours. Thank you!! ❤
