Running on our treadmill while I’m watching this. Literally just ripped my tank top off and threw it across our office/weight room. My husband was like “yeah!!!” 😂 I’ve worked my booty off to get where I am. I had a baby a year ago and have a long way to go, but am proud of how far I’ve come! 💪🏻
SITTING. One of the things I find that heavily impacts my day is just to open the curtains grab a cup of coffee or lemon water and just take a moment to sit and stare. Listen to the birds, watch the trees sway. Just have 15 minutes of peace for yourself.
Remind me of a time when my kids were really young and we were at the beach, I was embarrassed to take my dress off and walk in my bathing suit because how over weight i am. Then I said I'm gonna have my kids miss fun because of body issues??? I ripped that sucker off & felt so free! Nobody was starring at me, we ourselves are our worst critics.
It took me a long time to be able to do the same thing but when I did, I didn’t care anymore how I looked. I also have amazing friends that encourage me. Proud moment.
I like : 1. Positive affirmations in the morning. I know its dorky , but it works " I love what I do " " I'm going to be so successful" anything you are struggling with. It really really helps 2. Make your schedule before you go to bed... wake up with intent. 3. I run when: I'm frustrated, dont know what to do, angry. I always can come back ready to accomplish the goal.
I love your tip about watching something happy before bed. When I needed to pay some extra attention to my mental health I stopped watching Law & Order before going to bed and started watching Friends or Sex and the City. It was a game changer for putting my mind and anxiety at ease.
The “you’ve changed” friends I feel so hard...when I started getting into fitness and health I skipped out on many trips to get ice cream or Applebee’s. I lost a couple of friends because they thought I thought I was “better than them.” Totally not the case, I never thought that, but they were just uncomfortable with me changing my body.
And oh my God, drinking! I've lost friends because I chose to stop drinking. I didn't do it as a judgment on anyone, and I love a good party as much as anyone, but I just had to stop. Too much alcohol was making me super tired all the time and just draining my energy, so when I started doing the 75 hard challenge, I stopped, and now I just don't even have desire to go back to it. But some people act as though it is a judgment on them, and it isn't - I really don't care if other people drink, it is just my personal choice for myself and my well-being.
Thank you! I started my fitness journey on 4/13/20. Since then I’ve lost 24 pounds and I feel so much better. I have a long way to go, but I will definitely use most of these tips. I’ve been keeping a journal too and that has been inspiring and helpful for me. I love looking back at where I started and my success along my way.
Thank you so much for this video!! I’m 48 & recently started my weight loss journey and just happened to find your channel. I have such a long road ahead the past few days have been rough but watching this made me feel like I can do this! Thanks for the motivation & inspiration 🥰
I'm so happy you are feeling motivated and inspired! I know it can be hard to get started, but just remember how good & accomplished you'll feel each day making small changes :)
I love tip #5! I haven’t worn shorts since I had my daughter, so about 5 years. I just bought a pair last week, and it was so freeing! I am feeling more confident even though I’m still working on my goals!
I loved your story about taking your shirt off during a workout. One of my biggest fitness goals is to feel comfortable enough to go to the gym in only a sports bra.. maybe I’m closer than I thought !
I’ve seen a few women at the park this year in sports bras walking/jogging. I go with my kiddos and it really embarrasses my 11 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter (my 5 yr old is oblivious). I believe that we should be considerate of others. I don’t want to see men jogging in spandex with their jewels jiggling even if it makes them feel empowered. I know our culture is pushing heavily toward doing what makes us feel good and putting our bodies on display. It seems it’s women being encouraged in this and not men?? I’ve seen women complaining about men staring at them in the gym when they’re wearing booty shorts and a bra but wouldn’t we women stare if a man came in wearing tiny shorts and a crop top? In my house a sports bra is great but outside I’ll choose respect.
Jessica Fellers why would your kids be embarrassed ? Men and women in booty shorts may be extreme sure but showing 4 inches of midriff shouldn’t be offense. I mostly want to wear only a sport bra for comfort because I, like most people, get really hot and sweaty during a workout. Maybe instead you should use that an opportunity to educate your kids on men/female bodies and their many purposes rather than shunning them away from them.

Girl! that is awesome!! i am so happy for you! I am going to do the same thing. I always hated my arms before they aren't toned right now. But with self love and helping myself I can do it too

You are a beautiful person on the inside which makes you more of a goddess. Thanks for everything you do. Love Sweat Fitness is a great name. That’s what we all do! I wish you continued success!
I love you Katie. No. 5 made me cry. I'm 43 and the heaviest I've ever been with no confidence right now. I literally don't want to leave the house. I will apply this right away.
❤️ im 45 and im still struggling nutrition but got my exercise on point by now. Feel free to add me on insta, and you can dm any time if you need to talk🌸
You are OK and wonderful the way you are. But if you are happier when your life gyter and healthier I wish you so much success and happiness! I hope you do really well❤️❤️❤️don't loose hope you can do a lot more than you think you can
Loved all of these, especially your comments regarding how people are not paying attention to us as much as we think they are and that it says a lot about you for being strong and in the class as well.
I’ve recently started my weight loss journey. I have changed my whole life style. You have been an inspiration to me. Thank you. I love how you are so honest.❤️
I just discovered you today...what a blessing you are!!! I love your authenticity and your passion for wellness...what I am truly learning is that it never has been about the weight but about my perception of myself...and accepting myself for who I truly am...and yes...it is nice being a smaller size today but I truly love being healthy and truly happy with the lifestyle choices that come with really loving yourself...and the awesome people you meet along the way...thank you for your enthusiasm and courage to be real...❤️
I don’t mind having to prep while I cook, I like cooking, one thing Ive one is setting up a “menu” for the week so that way I don’t have to think about what I’m going to make and I find that I’m buying less groceries weekly because I’m making sure to use what we have. I’m also starting to prep my fruits & veggies so that they don’t go to waste. I love your videos, I also have hypothyroidism and I find it so helpful to be able to watch someone else who also has hypothyroidism and thriving with it 🥰
I'm around the same age as you I think but have a very different life as I'm married with 6 young kids who I homeschool, but I still enjoyed hearing your tips. I also have a morning routine that I MUST do everyday for me to feel right which includes green tea, a healthy slow breakfast and and exercising and praying in nature. Love from Australia ❤
Katie! I couldn’t agree more - I have gone of the Pill about a year ago and I wish I had known to do it way earlier. And I work out in the am - I love it - I actually use your app - keeps me accountable and I don’t have to come up with a routine on my own - it makes it so much easier for me 🥰.
Omg Katie this video resignated with me sooo much!! When you talked about that moment in yoga class ugh this is how I felt😥 I am crying. I did not like the way I looked in pictures because I was so heavy so I did everything possible to not take them. I wish I would've been more comfortable and taken more pictures with my dad and not cared what people thought. I lost my dad to cancer. I look at the pictures where I am missing and I know why and regret it soo much because I can't have a do over. I was already working on my journey to lose weight. I will never miss out on another day, another picture, another moment. You are soo right surrounding ourselves with supportive ppl is sooo key!! Thank you for sharing🥰♥️
Thank you for sharing this with me Cheleene. Life is short and it's so important to be fully present in every moment we can. Sending so much love to you! xo
I’ve watched your videos for a long time, today I was feeling kinda blah and all your tips and positivity really helped! Baby steps into a healthy lifestyle!!
Great video!!! Very inspiring, especially about the confidence. I'm always worried about people judging my rolls/fat and I be in my head alot 😒. Definitely needed this!!
Good for you for getting off BC! I got off of it back in 2016 when my partner and I were TIC (trying to conceive) and I started to do Natural family Planning. Best thing I ever did! Also people dont realize that fertility apps are great NOT only for TIC but also preventing pregnancy. Listen to your body! There were so many things I didnt know about, and not I feel so much better. I will never go back on the pill.
The tip to rock your bra top was unexpected & inspirational! Your kind heart shows through in this; we should love ourselves & embrace who we are. Easier said than done sometimes but what a great way to start practicing being comfortable in my own skin! Thanks girl, luv ya! 💕
You are precious. I needed encouragement to go back to my working out and routines after gaining the Covid 15. I was doing so good before that time! I can start again! N
Somehow I got interrupted while watching this originally and just finished it now. I got teary-eyed when you talked about the importance of community, but full-on crying during the sports bra story! So awesome. I could feel you on that mat! I am older than you but haven't reached this level of liberation. I have to work on that. Beautiful. ❤️🙏❤️
i absolutely love this video - i thought it was gonna be about diet and exercise but hearing all of these things are so refreshing - i love the mental aspects that you shared- thank you so much you’re amazing!
I am not on social media at all, and that alone was a very hard transition to make and some days feels lonely not having it anymore, but I felt for me I needed to quit watching everyone else's lives and focus more on my own. Having said that, what is the best way to build that community of support?
Totally get that - I know the girls really connect online, but take it offlline as well as they build friendships. Otherwise, sports, hobbies, church, etc. are great ways to find community
The story about you taking off your tank during that class brought tears to my eyes! I’ve been so scared to do it (I lost a ton of weight over the last 2 years) and I am still struggling with being in my new body. I love you! Thank you so much for your stories.
GREAT video, Katie! I liked when you said the part about friends saying "You changed." My partner doesn't always agree with me when I want to skip eating a snack or meal I don't really want. It's hard at times.
I cried when you talked about wearing only a sports bra for the first time. I relate so much to that and that’s been one of my biggest goals is to find my confidence even when I’m vulnerable. Watching your videos has been so refreshing because it’s like hearing big sister or best friend advice that I really don’t have currently. Thank you so much 🥲
I know this video is a year old but I just love you and feel like you’re a big sis. I’m so thankful for your videos. Keep being such a beautiful soul. 💕
Thank you for talking about fertility awareness based methods!! Like people think it’s so wacky but I’ve been using it for years and find that I know myself better and don’t have to put any hormones in my body. It’s something I think all women need to know about
Thank you for this! I feel 100% the same way about hormonal birth control!! I can't get over what a difference it was for me. After I got off of it (after 17 years) yes, a totally different person! More women need to hear this!
You are the only person on here i have found thT i can relate too !! You have inspired me and helped me with starting a weight lose journey! I have a morning routine and i love working out in the morning even if its just 5 mins i do it!!!
I’ve restarted an old habit through lockdown and that is bike riding through everything the world is going through bike riding makes me feel in control so much more! And it’s making a huge difference to my mental and physical health. I love getting up to go for a ride in the morning. My new healthy habit!
I completely agree with you on the hormonal birth control! I got off it myself a few years ago because I never felt like myself on it. Once I was off I felt like me again. So glad to hear this from someone else!
Watched your video a few months ago about coming off of birth control and using natural cycle! I was so indecisive but seeing your video was the push I needed. The first month was interesting with my hormones but now I feel so much better! Thank you so much for that.
I definitely want to try to incorporate some of these habits into my life. I am on a journey to fixing my life and finding my inner peace. Thank you for the excellent advice! 💕
Ive been thinking about building a morning and night time routine for a while! Great ideas. For me i like making my bed, brush my hair + makeup first thing when i get out of bed, i feel less lazy, juicing something fresh organic + coffee. Love your videos! And i hear ya for the yoga classes i love hot yoga and never been brave enough to just be in a sports bra
This video is so on point. Just this year I began hiking for at least an hour every morning and since I live somewhere that gets hot early in the morning, I finally got the courage to wear just my sports bra. I’m nowhere near my goal BUT I’ve incorporated so many new habits and a new mentality. I went back to college starting last year and as someone who was bullied since kindergarten, my grades then were horrible. I now get straight A’s and have motivation to do well for myself and push myself both physically and mentally. Thank you for sharing this with us 💕☺️ your videos are always so inspiring
Hi Kat! Isn't wearing just a sports bra the most freeing feeling?! So glad you are putting your health first and showing up for yourself. Keep it up, girl :)
I LOVE that song by Hall and Oats (Rich Girl)! It was popular when my husband and I first started dating, and I remember him singing it to me. (We have been married going on 42 years in September.) 'Go to Songs' is a GREAT tip! I also love to think about all that I am grateful for as I am lying in bed about to fall asleep.
#5 really hit me. I’m in the middle of my fitness journey and the insecurities really just build up over the years. But I finally found the confidence to rip off the big shirt I always wear to work out and rocked that sports bra ❤️❤️❤️ ty for that 🥺
Yes number 7! When I didn’t want to drink, eat junk food or party anymore I lost all of my friends. I realized they didn’t support me on my health journey and that they weren’t my true soul family 💕 still on the search for a healthy support group!
Your sports bra story was raw and emotional because it's what we all women struggle with regardless being over weight and even skinny its jst an insecurity we face! Thank you for all the inspo! You have such a beautiful soul and are so motivating💕💪🙌👌
Hey girl I absolutely adore you, I love how honest you are about your journey. I can relate so much to just not feeling comfortable in your own skin at times. After having 3 kids my youngest is 6 I have struggled with confidence. I work out everyday eat healthy and definitely do my self care skin routine. I know I am doing everything I can I love all your videos and look forward to them every week. You inspire me girl to be the best version of myself. Keep shining and being fabulous girl!! ❤
Hi Shelby! Thank you for your kind words! I am so happy you can relate. The more you take care of your body, that inner strength inside will radiate out as confidence! xo
I had to stop and take a moment to write this. I am a 50 year old black woman in Washington DC. I will be subscribing to your channel today. Do you know why? Not because I want “how to be skinny” tips or for discount codes. But simply because of YOU. Your authenticity and kindness is so strong and real that it damn near jumps out of the tv. That my dear is an extremely rare quality. Every time I watch one of your videos I can feel that the things you are saying are coming from your heart. You really do not have a pretentious bone in your body. Whatever your journey has been, stop and thank God for it because it has shaped you into an absolutely beautiful diamond. That is from my heart to yours. *hits subscribe button*
I was here for hypothyroid but look who I found an amazing girl talking real and relatable stories. You are really amazing. You’ve got yourself a subscriber lol ❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful advice Katie! Especially your sports bra story and scheduling workouts! When my kids were small, however, some of the pampering def would be hit or miss ha!
I was on low dose birth control for many years as well for different reasons. I even asked my PCP how long it was safe to be on it, he told me not to worry that it was safe. 4 years ago at 47 years old I had a major stroke and had no other risk factors I was a fit healthy nurse. The doctors say they don’t know why I had stroke but I believe it was my use of BCP. I am not only overweight the first time in my life, I am obese! I have started my journey of healthier eating & workout again so I’m anew follower TY for your tips 💪🏼☺️
Omg Katie, your sports bra story hit me so hard!! I can completely relate. For me I couldn’t even workout at HOME without a shirt. I recently did SSD and felt so empowered to throw that shirt away! I’m finally buying my first crop top and it feels amazing. Thank you for being such an inspiration and can’t wait for SSU💖💖.
I really love this video katie!! I seriously needed this right now. With times being so hard right now this is a light that we all needed. My goal is to find a good morning routine, and definitely try the confidence boost. I have dealt with confidence issues all my life so this is awesome. You made me tear up! Thank you!!!
Thank you for sharing Katie. I’m planning on stopping my hormonal birth control next month and work on balancing my hormones the natural way (so that I don’t get bad cramps anymore). This video was posted at the perfect time. Thank you
Hi Katie! You are such an inspection to me I watched your videos for 4 years now, and every time I feel like I need motivation I go straight to your youtube or Instagram and I get so motivated every time even when it’s dark and cold back here in Sweden! 😄 But yeah I love your content and I just wanted to say that! 🥰
If you dont mind me asking, what's your morning routine like? I've been trying so hard to create a morning routine for myself but I have such a hard time. Any suggestions?
I just happened to stumble upon this video. This was a great. I have hypothyroidism and I struggle with weight loss but this gave me hope and gave me some tips to get on track with my life!
I just found your channel last week - your story about your weight loss journey came up on my TH-cam home page and I SOBBED through your story especially when you talked about how every since third grade your body image was skewed. Ever since one person called me chubby when I was 8 years old I’ve constantly fallen into that pattern of thinking “I’m a chubby girl, that’s all I’ll ever be”. I’m 22 now and while I typically take good care of myself now, I had terrible eating habits through college so I have a lot of weight to lose! I’ve really struggled with feeling like I’m 22 years old, I should be peaking right now, and feeling like I’ve wasted all my young years NOT being a “hot skinny fit girl” or something like that. Which feels so silly even saying that haha. Anyway I guess I just wanted to say thank you - you seem so genuine and I am so glad I found your channel. Your story in this video about taking your shirt off in the yoga class makes me feel so inspired to embrace myself as I am right now and begin taking steps to love myself in better and healthier ways. 💕
Hi Olivia! Thank you for sharing your story with me :) Remember, you are beautiful as you are now. Starting your healthy journey should be all about making your body stronger and more powerful! You go this, girl. Cheering you on 💕
Believe it or not I’ve been subscribed to you for so long & yet this is the first video I actually took the time to watch. I’m so happy I did because you just motivated me to do better🌸💕💚
This was fantastic! Having morninf and evening routine in the morning and an evening for me is so crucial! Thanks so much for talking about the app, I will be happy to check it out

This is by far one of the best “ life changing habits” type of video that I’ve seen in mi life. Really, really useful. Loved it
Hi Martha! I'm so happy to hear that! :)

Hi Anna! I am so happy you are loving the app! What is your favorite workout you've done so far? :)
Sending so much love to you! xo
@@LoveSweatFitness Katie thank you sooo much for this message ♥️ it has made my day!!
I love your sports bra story. That made me get teary-eyed. Totally stuck a cord with me. ❤❤❤❤
Ditto!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I’ve watched your videos for a long time, today I was feeling kinda blah and all your tips and positivity really helped! Baby steps into a healthy lifestyle!!
I'm so happy you enjoyed!!
Thank you for this positive video. It is truly inspiring and just what I needed during these uncertain times 💕
The tip to rock your bra top was unexpected & inspirational! Your kind heart shows through in this; we should love ourselves & embrace who we are. Easier said than done sometimes but what a great way to start practicing being comfortable in my own skin! Thanks girl, luv ya! 💕
Hi girl!! I am so happy that resonated with you! It made me feel empowered :)
Hi Katie, I loved this video! Thank you!
I love your vibe!!! Thank you for your inspiring content!
You are precious. I needed encouragement to go back to my working out and routines after gaining the Covid 15. I was doing so good before that time! I can start again! N
Hi Lisa! You got this. It's never too late to start :) xo
Thanks for all your help! Love 💞 you, Katie!!
I'm glad I can help!
Somehow I got interrupted while watching this originally and just finished it now. I got teary-eyed when you talked about the importance of community, but full-on crying during the sports bra story! So awesome. I could feel you on that mat! I am older than you but haven't reached this level of liberation. I have to work on that. Beautiful. ❤️🙏❤️
Wow, thank you! That moment will forever remain in my mind as such a liberating, freeing moment. I'm so glad you enjoyed it ❤️
I thought I was first but nvm I LOVE YOUR ENERGY!! THANK YOU FOR STILL WORKING DURING THESE HARD TIME. HOPE YOU ARE TAKING OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH 💕
I'm sold! I have thyroid issues and I can relate so much to this. Thank you!
i absolutely love this video - i thought it was gonna be about diet and exercise but hearing all of these things are so refreshing - i love the mental aspects that you shared- thank you so much you’re amazing!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Emily! Do you have a favorite habit you practice on the daily? :)
You are such a positive influence! I just love watching your videos. It's such a treat! Xoxo!
Hi Rae! I am so happy this resonated with you too! You can do it girl, it was such an empowering feeling for me. Cheering you on :)
GREAT video, Katie! I liked when you said the part about friends saying "You changed." My partner doesn't always agree with me when I want to skip eating a snack or meal I don't really want. It's hard at times.
It can definitely be hard! I think explaining to them you are trying to become a healthier version of you is the first place to start. :)
Thank you so much 🥲
You got this! I am so glad you can relate!
I love her so much this is the first video I’ve seen of her but she makes me excited to try to keep hope!!
Thank you so much that's so sweet! xoxo
@@LoveSweatFitness ahhh it np just facts
I know this video is a year old but I just love you and feel like you’re a big sis. I’m so thankful for your videos. Keep being such a beautiful soul. 💕
Thank you so much Krysta!!
I love that all your tips had such a mental aspect to it!
Best video ever! I needed this one so much! Fabulous tips. 🥰 Thank you!
So glad you enjoyed it! Of course!💗
Thank you for talking about fertility awareness based methods!! Like people think it’s so wacky but I’ve been using it for years and find that I know myself better and don’t have to put any hormones in my body. It’s something I think all women need to know about
Love watching your videos while doing cardio workout! So inspiring ❤
I am so glad you like my videos :)
Thank you for this! I feel 100% the same way about hormonal birth control!! I can't get over what a difference it was for me. After I got off of it (after 17 years) yes, a totally different person! More women need to hear this!
Right?! It made such a difference in my moods!
You are the only person on here i have found thT i can relate too !! You have inspired me and helped me with starting a weight lose journey! I have a morning routine and i love working out in the morning even if its just 5 mins i do it!!!
I am so happy to hear that, Jessica!!! xo
I'm so with you on taking your top off. I haven't done that since my modeling days 😭
I’ve restarted an old habit through lockdown and that is bike riding through everything the world is going through bike riding makes me feel in control so much more! And it’s making a huge difference to my mental and physical health. I love getting up to go for a ride in the morning. My new healthy habit!
I love this habit, Sophie!
I completely agree with you on the hormonal birth control! I got off it myself a few years ago because I never felt like myself on it. Once I was off I felt like me again. So glad to hear this from someone else!
Totally agree! I feel so much happier and I can feel my true emotions. :)
Yes, yes, yes! These are great tips!! Thank you for sharing and being so vulnerable!
You are SO inspiring, and have helped me so much💗
Watched your video a few months ago about coming off of birth control and using natural cycle! I was so indecisive but seeing your video was the push I needed. The first month was interesting with my hormones but now I feel so much better! Thank you so much for that.
Hi Lacy! That's amazing! I'm so happy to hear you are feeling better now :)
Hey Lacey 👋 please let us know if you have any questions!
This was such a great video and spoke to my soul. Thank you Katie!
Yes!! A good playlist is such a mood booster. What's your favorite song that puts you in a great mood?
@@LoveSweatFitness I love you.. M from india
I really appreciate this video, Katie. Thanks for sharing and being a genuine uplifting person.
#5 really hit me. I’m in the middle of my fitness journey and the insecurities really just build up over the years. But I finally found the confidence to rip off the big shirt I always wear to work out and rocked that sports bra ❤️❤️❤️ ty for that 🥺
Great job!
Love you! You're so awesome and super motivating!
Yes number 7! When I didn’t want to drink, eat junk food or party anymore I lost all of my friends. I realized they didn’t support me on my health journey and that they weren’t my true soul family 💕 still on the search for a healthy support group!
I totally understand! Having a healthy support group is so important. The LSF community would be a great place for you to start! :)
Loved it!! I will implement them all!!
Hi Andrea! Let me know which one is your fav! :)
Love these tips! #2 I had horrible side effects and a terrible experience on Birth Control! Will check out the app..

The more you take care of your body, that inner strength inside will radiate out as confidence! xo

Yessss!!! “Rich Girl” is one of my happy songs too! Always makes me feel so good! Love it!!!
Such a good one!!
Hi Camille! Thank you so much for your kind words. That made my day! I'm so happy you are apart of the LSF community. xo

Great Video! Keep it up!👍🏾
Beautiful tips! So inspiring
Excellent video!
Thank you very much!
Wonderful advice Katie! Especially your sports bra story and scheduling workouts! When my kids were small, however, some of the pampering def would be hit or miss ha!
Hi girl! So happy to hear you liked it! :)
I am so happy you are okay, Dawn! Excited for you to start your healthy nutrition and workout journey. Cheering you on! :)
Patrice that is so incredible! I am so proud of you. :)
I really love this video katie!! I seriously needed this right now. With times being so hard right now this is a light that we all needed. My goal is to find a good morning routine, and definitely try the confidence boost. I have dealt with confidence issues all my life so this is awesome. You made me tear up! Thank you!!!
Hi Jerri! I am so happy to hear this resonated with you! Sending you lots of love!
Thank you for sharing Katie. I’m planning on stopping my hormonal birth control next month and work on balancing my hormones the natural way (so that I don’t get bad cramps anymore). This video was posted at the perfect time. Thank you
Let me know how it goes, Saffron! :)
Hi Katie! You are such an inspection to me I watched your videos for 4 years now, and every time I feel like I need motivation I go straight to your youtube or Instagram and I get so motivated every time even when it’s dark and cold back here in Sweden! 😄 But yeah I love your content and I just wanted to say that! 🥰
Hi Emelie! Thank you so much, that means the world to me! :)
Omg yeah, morning routine changed my life. Couldn’t agree more. Now I actually love getting up early .
Such a great habit to commit to! Game changer!
If you dont mind me asking, what's your morning routine like?
I've been trying so hard to create a morning routine for myself but I have such a hard time. Any suggestions?

Hi Abby! I am so excited for you! Get ready to get your sweat on, girlfriend! :)
Very inspirational!
Cheering you on 💕
Wow. This is exactly what I needed to watch right now. This was great you are amazing. Thank you
Believe it or not I’ve been subscribed to you for so long & yet this is the first video I actually took the time to watch. I’m so happy I did because you just motivated me to do better🌸💕💚
