I wanted to but I wasn't sure how well this video would go over and I didn't want to extend the length of it demonstrating a feature for a printer that we can't buy yet. But I did play with the paint options. I like what I see!!!!!

    Great review.
Ive Been using it for the last week, i was going to switch to orca but since trying out 5.0 ive been very impressed so far with my k1
The only problem with it so far is im still getting the crash occasionally when using it
I like how the infill overlap is now set to 15% as standard.
It was at 0% default in the previous creality print

It does have a few bugs, but I know that Creality is currently working hard on Creality Print 5.1 to address these bugs and add new features!

Nice video. With the calibration in v 5.0 pass 1 prints then load up pass 2, you can’t pick the best print on Pass 1 . This v5.0 needs much more work on it to fix the bugs. Also Creality, don’t have a user manual for v5.0 that I can find yet.

Good call! I noticed that as well and had a note to mention that in the video and I dropped the ball. I put in a message with the Creality developers on that one. For now I did the "old way" of dialing in Flow where you print the hollow cube, 2 walls, no top, do some measuring, a little calculating....ect. I have an older video on my channel using that method if it helps. Thanks for watching!

Don’t know if have noticed it but when I installed 5.0 in my windows 10 laptop and open the slicer, sliced a normal cube, and no that the preview was showing it printing anticlockwise, so I printed the cube and yep the model was printing anticlockwise. So i uninstalled it, an reinstalled the one that came with my ender 3 v3 se and went back to clockwise printing.

Creality Print 5.0 has a revamped printing algorithm that reduces overall print speed and improves print quality. This could be why you are noticing a difference is print direction. Thanks for watching.

With CR5 PRO-H I have tried Creality Print two years ago however I could not find any advantage with Creality slicer by then I saw Creality Print had less options. Maybe I am not smart enough to do it by myself.
Even so Creality Slicer has less options than Cura.
What are the differences between them?
    Thanks for sharing it

Cura is a good slicer. I was using it all of the time and started using Creality Print when the K1 Max was released. Creality Print handles that printer better than Cura did. But the one thing I would like to see in Creality Print that Cura has is the Per Model Settings, or modifiers as they're known in Orca. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching, I really appreciate it!

Orca slicer is a fork of Prusa slicer as is Bambu Studio and Super Slicer. Prusa Slicer is based on Slic3r, that's how this works. Each developer put's their own twist on their version of the slicer as they develop it.

In the top toolbar, Adaptive Layers is the icon all of the way to the right, it looks like a bunch or lines. Select your model, click that button. When the dialog box pops up slide the top slider towards Quality, .25 should be good. The further you move it towards quality the better it will look but the longer the print time will be. There's nothing wrong with that! I try to put videos out for Cura, Orca & Creality Print. In fairness, I use to use Cura exclusively, then I gave Super Slicer a chance. I really liked that one. After getting an X1C and having to use Bambu Studio for that printer until Orca came along and covered all printers. I actually started using Creality Print because I wanted to check out the printer profiles so I could duplicate them for Orca. Sorry, kind of rambling on here with my trip down memory lane!
