    Di ako umaasa sa oven, pero still malaking tulong sakin pag ako ang mapipili dagdag income din dahil nawalan ako ng work ng ilang buwan. Haist sana maging kapili-pili nako this time😅para magawa kona mga recipe dito.

    Thank you for this amazing recipe! It was so fun making them:) I have one question, if I want to double the ingredients you mentioned in the video, do I need to also double the yeast amount? Or should I keep the same 2 1/2 tsp?

      Yes double the ingredients. For the yeast, here's the tip, 2-1/4 tsp yeast can be used up to 4 cups flour. More than 4 cups you need to double.

      I used whole milk and brand of heavy cream is horizon d2 sa California. I am not sure kung meron sa area mo.

      My husband gave it as a gift more than 5 years ago and I know for sure he won't remember where he got it ha ha! I added a link for the stand mixer in the description similar to what I use.

      I am not sure. Di kasi ako makapag-costing kasi d2 ako sa California naka-base at hindi ko alam ang prices sa Phils. What you can do is compute mo lang kung magkano ang bili mo sa mga ingredients then minus mo lang sa sukat. Estimate lang din naman ang ginagawa ng iba at prices isa iba-iba din naman kung saan mo bibilhin ang ingredients. Mas maliit ang packaging mas mahal in the long run.

      I suggest to use water when blooming yeast and don't forget to add sugar to feed the yeast. I blooms better.

      Once ma-add mo and 1/4 cup flour at nag-pull sya sa sides ng bowl at smooth na ang dough pwede na just few minutes sa mixer.

    Yung ilalim po ng bread is nasusunog po bec of the butter. Pano po kaya pwdeng gwin don

      Hindi naman nasunog ang sa akin. Actually crispy ang nasa ilalim but hindi sunog. Unless too long sa oven sa second baking. Kung ayaw mo may sauce sa ilalim, let it drip muna sa rack then saka mo lagay sa baking pan.

      It has cream cheese kaya kelangan consume agad. Kung hindi you may want to refrigerate then reheat sa oven.

    1 3/4 c apf with 2 1/4 yeast? Looks like your bread smells sour

      Many have tried this. What I know is your bread will only taste sour if you over-rise your dough. 2 1/4 tsp yeast is usually the standard measurement when making bread from 0-4 cups of flour.

    If u make this recipe don't use lukewarm water. Use milk instead. This vedio a lot of cut.😏
