    Ingredients in French:
    Pain à l'ail et au fromage à la crème (pain à l'ail coréen)
    Petits pains simples (faits maison / achetés en magasin):
    250g (2 tasses) de farine tout usage
    125 ml (1/2 tasse) de lait chaud
    56g (4 c. À soupe) de beurre fondu
    1 cuillère à café de sucre
    1 cuillère à café de levure sèche instantanée
    1/2 cuillère à café de sel
    Garnitures au fromage à la crème: 175 g de fromage à la crème + 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre.
    Mélange de beurre à l'ail: 1 œuf, 150 g de beurre fondu. 3 cuillères à soupe de crème OU de lait, 2 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise, 3 cuillères à soupe de persil, 2 cuillères à soupe de miel pour sucré OU 1 cuillère à café de sel pour salé, 1 cuillère à café d'ail râpé
    Italian
    Pane all'aglio con crema di formaggio (pane all'aglio coreano)
    Panini semplici (fatti in casa / acquistati in negozio):
    250 g (2 tazze) di farina per tutti gli usi
    125 ml (1/2 tazza) di latte caldo
    56 g (4 cucchiai) di burro fuso
    1 cucchiaino di zucchero
    1 cucchiaino di lievito secco istantaneo
    1/2 cucchiaino di sale
    Ripieni di crema di formaggio: 175 g di crema di formaggio + 2 cucchiai di zucchero.
    Miscela di burro all'aglio: 1 uovo, 150 g di burro, fuso. 3 cucchiai di panna O latte, 2 cucchiai di maionese, 3 cucchiai di prezzemolo, 2 cucchiai di miele per dolce O 1 cucchiaio di sale per salato, 1 cucchiaio di aglio grattugiato.

    Krem Peynir Sarımsaklı Ekmek (Kore Sarımsaklı Ekmek)
    Sade çörekler (ev yapımı / mağazadan satın alındı):
    250 gr (2 bardak) çok amaçlı un
    125ml (1/2 bardak) ılık süt
    56g (4 yemek kaşığı) eritilmiş tereyağı
    1 çay kaşığı şeker
    1 çay kaşığı hazır kuru maya
    1/2 çay kaşığı tuz
    Krem peynir dolgular: 175g krem peynir + 2 yemek kaşığı şeker.
    Sarımsak Yağı karışımı: 1 yumurta, 150g tereyağı, eritilmiş. 3 yemek kaşığı krem VEYA süt, 2 yemek kaşığı mayonez, 3 yemek kaşığı maydanoz, tatlı için 2 yemek kaşığı bal VEYA tuzlu için 1 yemek kaşığı tuz, 1 çay kaşığı rendelenmiş sarımsak.
    Bengali
    ক্রিম চিজ রসুন রুটি (কোরিয়ান রসুন রুটি)
    সরল বান (হোমমেড / স্টোর-কেনা):
    250 গ্রাম (2 কাপ) সমস্ত উদ্দেশ্যপূর্ণ ময়দা
    125 মিলিটার (1/2 কাপ) উষ্ণ দুধ
    গলানো মাখনের 56 গ্রাম (4 চামচ)
    1 চামচ চিনি
    তাত্ক্ষণিক শুকনো খামির 1 চামচ
    ১/২ চামচ লবণ
    ক্রিম পনির পূরণ: 175 গ্রাম ক্রিম পনির + 2 চামচ চিনি।
    রসুন বাটার মিশ্রণ: 1 ডিম, 150 গ্রাম মাখন, গলে। 3 চামচ ক্রিম বা দুধ, 2 টেবিল চামচ মেয়োনিজ, 3 টেবিল চামচ পার্সলে, মিষ্টি জন্য 2 চামচ মধু বা মশালের জন্য 1 চামচ লবণ, গ্রেড রসুনের 1 চামচ।

    I finally bake this yesterday on a very hot weather. Lol. All good but the dough was pretty tough. I think the milk was too warm for yeast to activate well. Buns smell so good while baking.

      Well done, Julie!🤩 After filling it with cream cheese and dip in the butter it will be softer. You can add an egg to the dough for softer buns. Awesome!

    Hi I think you are best baking chef I have tried your two receipy it turned out perfect your donuts and cheese roll buns I have a question that if we keep more hours to rise as you have recomded like if you say 3 hours and I keep 5 hours it maatter

      Thanks so much. Basically we can let the dough for longer time at room temperature (3 - 5 hours) or if too long (overnight) it can be store in the fridge.

      @Ladies Diana, for the garlic butter mixture, the butter was lukewarm from the meting process and after mix with other ingredients it turn to room temperature.

      Hello, for this recipe, the buns use egg wash and the cheese filling need eggs, I'm not sure it will work without the egg.

      Thank you, egg use for the dressing to set. Maybe you can use milk + cornstarch as substitute. The result may vary.

      @Johanna Angela, for this recipe we need slightly sturdy bread and after stuffed with cream cheese then dip in garlic butter mixture, the bread will be soften.

    Hi.not sure i get it,it says honey for sweet or salt for savoury, but the sweet version still has garlic and parsley in it ?. Which version.did you try ?

      Yes of course still has the garlic, it's called Korean Garlic Bread. Some like sweet and some like savory. If you watch the video you will see what I used in this recipe.

      Sorry for my stupid queston but honey garlic parsley seemed strange to me. I will try the honey version as i must watch my salt intake. I did watch the video, i watch all your videos they are great and you have recipes that can"t be found anywhere else.

      Veronica, I use low-fat milk but you can use whole milk or other flavored milk. Yes, you can warm up the milk on the stove or in a microwave.

      It's depends on how much you use the cream cheese on each bun or how big is the bun. If you like more you need more cream cheese.

      Yes, correct. For this homemade bread rolls I didn't use egg. I use generous cream cheese so the final result will be soft, using a soft bread will be too soft in the end. You can use egg if you want..

      @@TheJanuary10th please use the same measurement just like my other a soft sticky dough recipe. I use mostly AP flour, but you can use bread flour or a mix of both. All will work just fine.

      You can reduce the sugar if you like savory (it explained in the text). Use mozzarella will be leaking out during baking

      The sugar enhance the flavor but if you prefer salty, add little sugar and salt.

      This recipe is the best to eat on the same day baking, however, you may store it in a sealed plastic bag (airtight container) for a day or two. Reheat before eating.

      It's depends how many side you cut the buns 6 or 8, and how much you fill the cream cheese on each bun. I think about 6 - 8 buns.

      Hello, mba Mira...without egg, the buns will be not too soft, it easier when cutting them, soft little bread/buns/rolls will be challenging to cut into 8 sides.
      For this bread, which is to use cream cheese filling (and I use a lot of it 😀) and then dunks into the butter egg mixture, so the bread will be soft by then. Most welcome 😊🙏

      Yes, for the sweet flavor use 2 tbsp honey. To use sugar maybe about 50g but I think would be too sweet. You may use less than that.

      Sorry to hear that, I think maybe we use diferent type of oven? Please adjust the baking time and temperature if you use smaller oven, an oven may vary.
