4.Bake the cheesy garlic bread
Bake at 180 C or 350 F fr 32-35 minutes.
The baking time may vary according to the size of the baking tray.The deeper tray will take longer and shallow pan take shorter time.
If the top turn golden brown early, cover the top with aluminum foil and bake properly for 32-35 minutes

I made it today. Initially the dough didn't bounce back like yours. Couldn't cut cleanly to insert cheese. Somehow did it. I was sceptical. But at the end, it came out wonderfully. It didn't look as beautiful & neat like yours. But tasted like a very well baked Garlic bread. Tasted yummy. Thanks a lot.

I have tried several of your recipes such as cinnamon rolls, garlic cheese bun and soft roll, and they are so amazing, I must say! Your recipe only use 1 tsp of yeast which I very much like it as I cannot stand with the 'yeast flavour' that I can taste when I used other bread recipe which sometimes require more use of yeast! Please continue sharing your marvelous bread recipe! P/s: I am trying out this garlic bread recipe now. It is already in my oven. Will update here once it is done!

Whole wheat flour contain more bran particles than all purpose flour and so the bread may turn dense. so I would suggest you to use both flour in 1:1 ratio
