I just switched my pedals out yesterday to the Pedaling Innovation Catalyst pedals and I could not believe how GREAT they are. I’m riding a regular E-bike not a trike but the increase in power and comfort is simply mind blowing, its hard to put it to words. I can’t see how anyone could try these pedals and not make the switch immediately they are just that good!!
Hah. I might get some of these EVO's. Ive been using the first gen catalyst pedals for 4 years at least, I end up using 9 out of 18 possible pins, just like the EVO pedals. And I use the longer pins. But these EVO pins might hook up even better. Im sold on the Catalyst either way.
I don't get the whole not having a spanner attachment on pedals nowadays it makes it really awkward at times to get your pedals off. It's just handy to have two options and I've never seen someone ride passed on their bike and looked at the pedals and gone oh those spanner attachments on those pedals look horrible lol
Jason Hollis it can come in handy if you need more leverage. But if you’re installing your own pedals and using grease, you should never have the issue of getting them off. I personally think it looks cleaner without it. Thanks for watching!
