Picking up where we left off in last week's episode with Noah Sears at the 18 Road trails in Fruita, Colorado. Zippity Do Dah is the crown jewel of the trail system if you ask me. Once again we are using 2 Skydio 2 drones to get all of the angles for your viewing pleasure. West slope, best slope. Colorado delivering the springtime goodness. I like the incorporation of the climbing it gives you a better appreciation for the ride as a whole
I normally cut most of the climbing out because it is like watching paint dry, but the drone got some good clips and adds to the experience in my opinion. Scenic AF.
Maybe the best mix of drone and gopro footage I've ever seen on your channel...impressive! Really highlighted the trail and the skill of the riders!

My favorite trail! LOVE Zippity Do Dah. Took me a few minutes to grow the cajones for that descent at 6:08, but I did it. Great footage, man. Your use of multiple POVs is unrivaled.

I grew up near there and miss it so much. Though mountain biking wasn't really a thing back then. But the scenery is amazing. All we see riding here in the PNW are trees, trees, and trees.
The grass is always greener I suppose, haha
Man, it's just one long ass flowy bike roller coaster. So sick.

I had the pleasure of riding 18 Road during a four day trip out West last October. The smooth flow trails were a welcome sight after riding Horsethief, The Whole Enchilada and Ahab. Those trail systems sold me on the West. I can't wait to pack up and move there!

I decided on a trip based off this video and was not disappointed. Next time I might try to get a few more runs in. I went up the west zippity on the first run, that was a bit more work than expected haha. Those switchback rocky climbs going to the top (right before the downhill) took a lot out of me. Keep up the awesome videos. Maybe my next trip will be inspired by you again!

Karma.. I mentioned Zippity in a comment for the last video you put up while riding PBR. Loose and some really steep climbs, but fast flow once you get some elevation. There are so many good trails to just keep shuttling from trail head to trail head within 20-30 miles of each other. Fruita/GJ is a hidden gem.
That looks sick. Great camera work and editing. Agree with including some climbing to help appreciate overall terrain. Wish I didn't live 13,000km away Down Under.
Some of these shots are stunning. I gotta get out there to ride some day.

Memories, haven't ridden Zippity Do Dah in so many years. Last time I did it was on a Karpiel Apocalypse with a Risse Champ fork. Way overkill for that trail, but still great fun! Remember finding a small gap jump near there as well.

I am not either honestly, but this is a good reminder of why we ride here, and how fortunate we are to have this place. It has its place.
18 Road is not the best trail system in the valley but it is a GREAT place to learn.

Amazing video. I watch every week but only realised that you're running two drones now, it's such a great perspective. As a coast dweller from The Southern Hemisphere, I'm wondering if there are no trees because it's so high up?
It is just the type of terrain. Trees grow much higher, but this is the typical landscape in the area.
