One reason I like your channel is your consistently showing the human interest side of wherever you might be. You can only watch so much of riding trails. keep up the good work.
Troy and OTE are absolutely OG. Rode Fruita fairly regularly from 98-2001, and went back about 7 years ago. The town and trail network have grown A LOT, but maintains a great vibe. Plus, now there’s great pizza at Hot Tomato!!!
I spent a week riding in Fruita in 2013. I was nursing a knee replacement and needed to get the darned thing working. I spent a little time in Over the Edge, but mostly rode. I returned to Minnesota with a much more cooperative knee. (and 2 cracked ribs.) Now, at age 71 I still love mountain biking. I'm ready for a trip back to Fruita next winter!
Mo and Hannah. Your channel is great, inspirational and full of youthful Joie d'vive When you're in your 60's I hope your still mountain biking like I am. Another joyful upload.
I first went to Fruita in the late 90s. The only parking was a turn around spot at the end of the road that only fit about 5 cars. The singletrack was about 10 inches wide. It was amazing. I haven't been there is 20 years. It's time to go back.
The light in the sky while driving is beautiful. Especially, the scenery around the ridge is the best scene. I'm glad to see your great channel again. From Woongkham, a South Korean TH-camr. 🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍
This is now on my list of MTB destinations! Well done glad you posted! Hey I heard Silverton was just approved to MTB trails on the north end of town. What a great MTB trip southwestern CO!!
Drove from Sioux Falls, SD for the Fat Tire back in ‘11 with a truckload of friends...easily the best trip of my life. Too many (free) drink tickets, losing wallet/phone/camera in a mud pit, breaking the rear triangle of my S-Works Enduro...lively time. Get your asses out and ride these trails!
Great video and into to Fuita and OTE for me. We've been to OTE Hurricane and South Lake Tahoe. Nice to "meet" the owner and get a good vibe about the store locations. Pretty cool that he expanded so far afield... Fruita's on my list. Along with Bend, Sun Valley, Whistler, Lago di Garda, Graubunden, Tsali, etc...! PS Bloody knee.... hmmm didn't we (about a million commenters) say something about knee pads?!!! PPS So, Troy lived???
Another Awesome Video! I need to do an MTB trip! CO is first on my list. Mo, I notice you been riding the Ripley more than the Ripmo ( did you get rid of it?). The Ripley is a fun bike, you can get surgical with the new one!!
Just curious, when was this filmed? I was there in late October my wife and kids in a rented van and we absolutely loved it! Some good green trails for the beginners that are still fun for more advanced riders, and plenty of advanced trails for when you can get away for a solo ride. We tried to go to Moab but it was so busy we turned back for a couple more nights in Fruita. Did not disappoint, especially with Grand Junction just down the road. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.
Hi great video I came home and told my wife let’s move to Fruita. Well I saw you riding the Ripley I ordered a Ripmo but I’m wondering should I have gotten the Ripley. Typical trails for me are like the San Juan Trail Laguna stuff what do you think. I think I’m gonna love it but sometimes I think with the Ripley I’d be more efficient but but the Ripmo Will be funner for me anyways thanks and say hi to Hannah for me OK bye
Dude is not nearly as cool as he thinks he is, and I love how he'll lecture you to keep single track single but doesn't wear a helmet on that rolling traffic hazard.

YEW! Come on back, there are much more excellent trails that y’all missed!
This trail is on my list, look forward to each video you guys put out!
Thank you 🙏☺️
Having Troy in the video was cool. Liked hearing the backstory to that place. Been there twice, but need to go back. :)
It’s one of favorites!!
Great video guys!
Hey Mo and Hannah, glad you're loving life and producing great vids. Peace out from Newcastle, NSW.
I was there BT (before Troy) and after Troy. Fruita was dying BT. Troy's shop and work towards trails and festivals turned it around quickly.
This is now on my list of MTB destinations! Well done glad you posted! Hey I heard Silverton was just approved to MTB trails on the north end of town. What a great MTB trip southwestern CO!!
Yes!! We just didn’t have quite enough time to visit them!!!

Wow! That looks like an amazing ride! I have no idea what Hannah was laughing at but it cracked me up :)

That trail looked amazingly fun!!!!!! I totally want to hit that one day!

The shrooms were too much for ol troy boy 😜🤣🤯
😂😂😂😂😂 I don’t think he was on shrroms
Fruita sounds like the “Radiator Springs” of mountain biking. (That’s a Pixar Cars movie reference, for those who never saw the movie).
Hahaha yes!!!

Ditto me also Troy. 57. Can't wait til we get older to see how fast we will really be 🤔
How did Troy come up with the name over the edge for his bike shop I'm very curious about this
I think he has a video on it? Something about being close to the edge ? Lol we forgot 😂😂
@@moandhannahtravel silly
Maybe because if you're not living life on the edge you're taking up too much space? :-) Hence Over the Edge?
Kids 😬 LoL
