Kettlebells freaking RULE. My Gf bought me - after I told her how much I love the bells, I've already lifted weights for over 35 years - a 30, a 35 and a 15. She said she saw the difference in my thighs and butt within 3 weeks, doing the deadlifts. Good luck to all, great video!

Heavy Kettlebells are like Bitcoin, if you got in early you are fine.
I bought a pair of 100,125,150,175 and 200 lb kettlebells back in 2008 from New York Barbell Company for $1.25 per pound and they shipped the to me for $100.
They asked me what i was going to do with them, i said swings, goblet squats, suitcase deads but most of all farmers carries.
The 150 lb today is $400 with free shipping. I got 2-150s for $375 back in 2008.

I had a recurring shoulder weakness that I couldn't shake, would constantly flare up or reinjure it ( with kettlebells a couple of times ). Heavy clubs have sorted it out 85% I'd say, my theory is the rotational movement worked on the scartissue but i've no idea ! going on 2 years now and it doesn't give me pain anymore.

I've never had back or pelvis issues from insane amounts of burpees. On the other hand, it definitely took my knees and elbows a while to adapt to them. They'd start to complain at around sets of 150 to 200. Now that I'm focusing on clubs and kettlebells, I've backed off to a relatively sane set of 100, twice a week. But adapting to the huge anerobic/aerobic load that they put on your body is definitely interesting. The first six weeks or so of burpees causes an extreme level of discomfort/suffering, but once your body adapts, they're just like any other exercise.
