    I love these longer strength workouts! It saves me the task of pairing two short ones together while avoiding overlap of the exercises. Plus, adding a 15 minute cardio to the beginning or end of this rounds it out to a perfect hour long workout! You guys are fantastic role models : )

    I've tried others workouts on TH-cam but in the years I've been doing fitness blender I have yet to find anything better. Thank you for your willingness to share your knowledge with all of us

    About the ads throughout the video: it's not Kelli's and Daniel's fault!Another fitness youtuber that I follow had the same problem, she contacted youtube and they explained that they've been changing people's settings (without them knowing) to add more ads to their videos (supposedly to increase creators' revenue😂). She had to manually change settings back in all of her videos!

    I liked this workout! It's the perfect amount of time, 30 minutes feels to short and I don't always have an hour to exercise. Also loved the burnout at the end. The workout was great, but with the burn out my arms feel really shakey, I love it!!

    I'm happy this was up today. I added it yesterday and wasn't allowed to watch it, so I did legs instead! Woohoo! Loved it.
    It was one of those workouts that it wasn't too hard, but not easy at the same time. I got through it, but definitely knew during the cool down that it's going to be one of those aftermaths that will creep up on me tomorrow...hard. I had to surrender to my 8 pounders halfway through my hammer curls. My arms were shaking during cobra, which never happens...and I've been on the FB wagon for about a year now. =)

    1.5.18 Workout Complete! I don't like the way the pullovers make my shoulder joint feel, so during that exercise I do assisted pull ups with a resistance band.

    I thought I was fine to do the arm burnout round and then I did the first pushup and realised just how tired my arms really wore. Loved this and literally felt myself getting stronger by the end of it. Thanks for the workout!

    Workout complete! +FitnessBlender, my husband and I were watching this the other night and were discussing the difference between mass building and strength building (at around the 3:48 mark). I'm obviously not wanting to build mass, although I keep reading that it's difficult for a woman to build mass, anyway. I'm wanting to build muscle, since I've also heard that you start to lose muscle after 40, which I just turned in July. I used slightly lighter weight and added a couple of repetitions on this first time through this workout. During the burnout, I used as heavy as I could to complete around 15 of each exercise. A I doing this correctly? Thanks! My arms are feeling it now. I can't imagine what they'll feel like tomorrow!

    Loved this upper body strengthening workout. Did a high intensity cardio afterwards and I am definitely fatigued. Feel great. Now for the cleaning.

    I finished this earlier today, just casually crossed my arms, hands to opposite elbows, and my arms screamed at me. Yeah, this one is a 'burnout'! Showering soon should be fun, but a small price to pay to know I really did well pushing myself and working hard.

      There are adjustable dumbbells with a pin that you take out and put in the slot where you want the weight to be. They are AWESOME!! I love mine.

      There are other types out there like the dial system but I got powerblock dumbbells too, theyre great especially for timed exercises.

    OKAY sooo, I pushed myself to the max and did even more reps than Daniel, and I slowed them even more too to feel the burn. My heart rate constantly stayed very low no matter how much I was sweating and struggling to even lift my arms up, but that doesn’t mean that my arms didn’t work. They burnt so bad, and they’re still burning and shaking like mad. And boy do I feel awesomeee 🥵 #FBFit Challenge Day 9 complete at 11pm as usual 💪🔥

      +ZeeJex I could only do 6 push ups from my knees then I face planted into the carpet lol.

      Not today, but days when even knee push ups are beyond me, I'll do some plyo ones against the wall, standing up. Just an option for you if you're up to it next time.
