Well, I learned that in the bottom position of the snatch you should have your chest up, looking forward and straight back. Lot of them are not doing this...
Your setup depends on the circumstance and your goals. At a weight this light, for speed over the course of many reps, your bottom position is going to look different than when setting up for a heavy snatch.
I did it today in 8 minutes this is insane
