    WORKOUT 12.2
    MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
    Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
    WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
    Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
    MASTERS MEN - includes Masters Men 55+
    Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
    100 pound Snatch, 30 reps

    One of the greatest workouts ever created for the open … and also imho the greatest time period for the games. When Dan and Rich were a bromance 👯‍♂️

    Get that tired and still maintain form. Not losing form is key to longevity

    Dan is so strong he was doing almost a muscle snatch for a lot of the reps and its why he got tired and lost. If he had better snatch technique like Rich and used the hip to drive the bar up more he probably would have won.

      A muscle snatch is when you land with your knees locked out.Not when you don’t create a bar-body contact. Which is what Dan isn’t doing. So you are right in the fact that he isn’t doing the snatch properly and the fact that he can do this many reps at this weight without proper technique is quite insane. You’re referring to he is “muscling” his snatches as opposed to “he’s muscle-snatching”.

    i just did this today. I got 62. I think I can get 70. Definitely not 98!

    I think Rich could be a much better programmer than Dave. Dont get me wrong .. Dave does a great job . I just think Rich may have be involved in the programming at some point
