    The reason people are saying their e-stims aren't strong is bc they are purchasing the more affordable kind with only asymmetrical biphasic wave lengths. In the clinic they use almost exclusively symmetrical biphasic and it's a lot more effective for targeting larger muscle groups. The price difference between the two is stark but if Medicare will pay for it make sure you purchase the kind that performs symmetrical.

    My Dad had a brain stroke and diagnosed RIGHT ICA STENOSIS and went through heart angioplasty too. Now he is on medication but now a days he is having on the left biceps from the shoulder. please advise what to do apart from the video you have made. Thank you From INDIA

    Bob and Brad as you are the gurus of Physio therapy on the internet I need your advice. I had a stroke in 2011 and I was not well informed about stroke aftercare over the last 8 years my post stroke pain has gone from worse to unbearable and and my motor movement has drastically reduced can you reteach the brain after so many years of stroke to improve motor movement and pain?

    i have severe spasticity and kyphosis in my shoulder, my neck is curving forward my leg is twisting inward my spine is curving and my hand and foot and curling. i just had PT for my leg because i had a tendon release on my Achilles tendon so im more worried about my shoulder

    I am 28 years post stroke on the left side of my body, Recently my toes started hurting real bad and it is interfering with my walking. Do you have any ideas why?

    I have disabling upper right leg nerve pain from a thalamic stroke with Dujerne-Roussey syndrome after a stroke 2 years ago. Not very mobile. Not much on right side works. Have other stroke pains. What can I do?

    My husband had a massive stroke snd he is taking morphine tablets for it.I am afraid that his pain will be long term.

    thankyou so much for your videos gentlemen, i have suffered extreme pain since having my stroke in 2014, i have been exercising but mst be doing wrong exercises.
    the muscles in my shoulder lock up tight and become extremely tensed up, im hoping your videos are going to be help along with the tens unit ive just ordered.

    Thanks for posting this guys. Recently I have started doing a bit of home health support during covid19, and not having a ton of hemiplegia experience, this is very helpful to me as a PT. It's great review for me. I really appreciate how you cover such a wide area of specialty areas. Blessings to you both during the pandemic.     I used to tens device years ago I had two electrodes on my neck and two on my back I did not know they would reach my bowels and I s*** all over myself
