A lot of breakups are ugly either to do cheating or extreme anger/bitterness that develops when you are in pain. So a lot of the "an ex is an ex for a reason" people are those who have experienced bad breakups where they don't want the other person back.
My ex was very cruel to me once I tried to suggest working things out with her about a week after she dumped me. I could definitely see people turning bitter and never wanting them back after being kicked when you are down.
I've done a lot of soul searching though and I don't blame her for it. She was very apologetic and guilty up until the point where I tried to talk her into staying. She only became cruel to make me go away. I'm trying not to take it personally.

100% true.. The only time a girl came back to me, was when I stopped caring about her 100%, and my energy started to shift towards another girl.. Ironically enough, the girl that made me stop caring about the other girl that came back, is now the ex that broke up with me, that led me to these channels.. Funny right? Lol.. Trust me, your ex will reach out. It will likely be when he or she gets hurt in a new relationship and needs a mental boost from you. Do not give them that! Let them feel the pain for letting you go.

After 90 days of NC I basically tore up the tracks and rail ties that were between us and I moved on. The outcome? I found someone even better and she is not a rebound. NC also helps you get over your ex too.

It was a big text, it's like a apologize for all the things what happend. But we had problems for over a year, she even got a guy after me. But than month later, she text back, she wanted to trigger my emotions. I fight back, because I dont want that cheating bitch back. But in her text, she tell me, let's meet up and talk. I didn't want her, so after a couple weeks, she was with the other guy. So yeah I was an ass at the end, but still she wanted to back. If they see u move on, they will come. I was needy as fuck, but she still came back. I had another one, I break her heart, I was a idiot. After month, she came again. Just do u stuff, if she come fuck her. If she dont come, that's her problem. U r the prize.

NC can work yes in specific situations. Not in all circumstances. If she has lost all attraction for you why the NC would work? non sense...she will for SURE move on and find another dude while you are waiting 90 days for her. Accept all feelings, but don´t linger on them. Keep moving forward and improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

My ex started texting me by asking me "hey how's things? hope all is well" I ofcourse ignored it...cuz I don't even think about her any longer. She's still trying to get me back and it seems that the more I ignore her the longer her text messages get. I'm glad that she was the dumper so that I don't have to feel guilty. And honestly, I couldn't be happier that she will no longer be a part of my life or even in the circle of my close friends. God works in mysterious ways. Just stay strong and watch the dumper come crawling and begging for another chance to get together.

You come to the realization that you need to move on when it requires so much effort to get them back, and then all of a sudden you remember the bad times and what they put you through. Then you have a breakthrough: they are not worth your time, your thoughts and your efforts. The bad times probably outweigh the good times. You start negotiating in your head if this is really worth it. That's when you heal; then you don't care, and THEN, only then, they come back. But ironically you don't want them anymore. This happened to me twice. And I really really did not want them back. It was too late. And it took them by surprise. Some people are so full of themselves and so damn entitled.

Immerse yourself in nature and take yourself out on dates (just you by yourself so you can enjoy your own company). Play video games, watch movies, make yourself super busy making a lot of money, get into a fun hobby (skating or art).
Just do stuff that you feel are fun for yourself.

If you are the dumpee and the dumper has already transitioned to someone new very fast, there's really nothing you can do except no contact. They have all the power. You really have to ask yourself if you want your ex back after they've spent time with someone else. There were many weekends when you were alone or out with friends while they were together. Almost think it's best to start new. Trust me, that's when you hear from your ex. Then you'll have all the power and probably won't care anymore.

Also that just means there wasn't much to begin with.
That's what usually happens. They come back too late. When you had enough time to remember their BS and you realize they are not worth your time or effort. NC does work, but it usually happens when you don't want them anymore.

Sadly, you won't be into them because you made up your mind that you don't care anymore. If you want her to come back, try this. If she doesn't come back, you will still be fine because you don't care anymore and you will probably feel you are better off the way you are.
Here's the thing! If you all take a look back at your whole dating history through life then you can probably remember exes contacting you eventually or yourselves reaching out eventually. That proves people do get in touch eventually.
Take a look at it this way. We've all had fallouts with friends or family members and not spoken for days or weeks ect and then finally one of you contacts the other and you sort it out.
It's the same with exes if you truly love each other or have a close bond.
People don't just forget that. You just worry and pine too much with exes.
Big facts. All my exes would eventually reach out and I was a cheater lol. But they forget about the bad after awhile and just remember the bond and chemistry. That’s hard to find. But by then I done got over them.

Thanks for these videos. Took two weeks of no contact until he reached out. Found out he was in a rebound relationship. He told me how unhappy he is and how he feels like he lost everything by breaking up with me. Then after casual conversations, he started being cold and cruel to me again. Now I’m back to doing no contact and I’m heartbroken for a second time. I don’t even want him back.

It was my first relationship and I’m obviously older now and have learned that it was extremely toxic. I wouldn’t allow that kind of treatment in my life ever again.

My bf broke up with me a week and a half ago. I was devastated and felt like I had lost a huge part of me. He said he couldn’t because when he did, he pictured me with someone else and it killed him. We talked and he asked me to give him just a little more time to be sure. I agreed. I have hope that we will sort this out soon. I believe in the saying that two people have to fall apart in order to fall back together even stronger.

Majority of the time they come back. It’s always when you don’t expect it. If y’all had a bond and chemistry and time invested it’s hard for them to move on as well. They might talk to other people but they still think about you. All my exes have came back and tried to work it out, but by then I done moved on and was enjoying single life 🤷🏾♂️. Men you gotta realize women are unstable emotionallyand break ups are inevitable. Just stay single lol.

Grace Yang my 1st relationship she kept coming back every other month. That was a toxic relationship we broke up all the time. My ex wife tried to come back after we were split for a couple of months but it just wasn’t the same for me. But til this day she still thinks we should try again. I don’t want to though. My ex fiancé and I haven’t talked for like 5 months now but I’m fine. Idc anymore. I know she will reach out eventually, but I’m in no rush and I’m not in love anymore. People come and go. And I have met someone who is way more compatible and treats me better. She is amazing. So that break up was a blessing. I miss my ex fiancé from time to time but that happens when you spent a lot of time with someone.
Usually when a woman move on, she really move on lol there’s no coming back for us. So that’s why I truly think the NC doesn’t work on women. It works better for men. Why? I don’t know. Men can be extremely unstable emotionally as well. That’s why they tend to come back most of the time. They don’t think about consequences when they break up and leave. A woman will think about the consequences first and then deal with it at the moment and then move on. We’re all the same in the end. In both ways, moving on and loving yourself if the best answer.
Top advice of things to do while in No Contact: Get therapy.
Work on yourself, truly commit to impoving your mental health. Best case scenario they eventually show up and see that you're a better person than before; "worst" case scenario they never come back but it doesn't really matter because you are much better than before and someone worthy will notice that one day but most importantly you know you are better.
I empted his wardrobe and threw everything that reminds me of him, after I moved my clothes to his wardrobe I feel better when I see mine and not his.
I cut up all my ex's clothes, destroyed some of her stuff, and some gifts she gave me I smashed.
I feel like once u don’t even notice y’all haven’t talked is when they start to notice
If they unblock you on social media block them and go no contact they die of curiosity

Hi Coach Lee, your videos have helped me get through this break up of a 3 year relationship, and I have learned so much from you. Initially I didn't want to reconcile, but after taking this time out I learned that I do want this relationship. I'm currently at day 35 from the breakup/no-contact, hitting PRs at the gym, have a brand new job, and being out and about. I am hoping for reconciliation in the background, but I'm not going to wait around for them. This is what they wanted, they're getting it. It does feel like No Contact is working for me as far as healing goes, and I feel like I've been seeing clues with the curiosity stage happening.

In the begin ing he was so so loving ,sexual, just perfect. Slowily he started to find fault and making crude remarks about me and my body. So everytime he would talk rude to.me. I would come back and talk. about his faults. I didn't see it coming he just vanished! I took the break up pretty hard and every day's a struggle. In reality I don't want him back. No contact is a good weapon against creeps like that. It also helps you to focus on yourself. You are more important than some loser that. I shed many years over him. Since they are drying up.

My advice for "how to get your girlfriend back" or No contact is just search your feelings try to work for yourself and eventually one day your ex is gonna reach out but if you want them back in your life is not sure if yes that's great you know what to do but if not your have a beautiful new yourself for someone new. For every one who's got dumped just like me stay positive things do not happen for no reason I know it's hard and painful but if you get through you are gonna be stronger and much happier. Please take my advise:
I broke up with my last July, and she reached out 2 weeks later. I stood in NC for nearly 3 months. We eventually got together but I was kissing up/saying it was my fault before so.
Once we has weeks together, I admitted I did miss her greatly.
That was a very poor choice as she probably thought I needed her..and I did!.
We jumped back together for 7'-8 months, then she just wanted to text only. So I soon told her, while I loved her, I can't be a puppet for when she's alone.
And we split up. We met up last month, but she gave me mixed messages as she would tear up and ask about me, but she was too busy and in many indirect ways, wanled/needed space.
I told her I'd be dating again and she was ok with it. We hugged and said goodbye.
It's nearly a month now, and I needed to get my life moving, date other gals..or chat via phone with others.
Also I really needed time to think over my mistakes and be as emotional neutral once again. It also gave me time to think over, was she right for me.
So now, I don't look for a text from her. If she wants us back, it's up to her, unless I get into another relationship.
Trust me, it gets easier each week and once you realize you only need you, and not be needy, you will never obsess over you're ex.
And if we get back together, I'm now so neutral that I don't need anyone. Yes I want a relationship again(with my ex or another woman), but I'll never be rushing thugs or needy again.
NC is HUGE to see things from the outside in, and see what really went wrong, so it never occurs again.
And why would you want to be with you're ex again, if she is not ready/or unsure/or thinks she runs the show?
Be strong, confident and let you're ex miss you! Find new friends, get to the gym, go back to old hobbies..live you're life like before you met you're ex.
As once you are not needy of anyone, you'll find you only need to supplement you're life and not be needy of anyone.
It's a great feeling to have that confidence of making YOU the prize.

He wants to be good friends but I'm doing the NCR forever as he's not accessing my support anymore. Well this isn't a huge success but I have a slight success. My ex is dating someone else and sent me a congratulatory text on finishing my condo when I posted it on Facebook after 24 days of NC and I handled it well. I just simply said thanks. I immediately went back into NC (day 13 currently after her text). Just last night a mutual friend posted live videos of my band. My ex liked all the videos and then told the friend she missed me and wondered if I even missed her. She is still in this other relationship but I have stayed strong and not reached out. The more distance I get the better I feel. Coach Lee, you are amazing, thanks for your insight.

No contact works. Thanks coach lee i got a response just 3 days into no contact shes now texting and complememting my new hair cut and sending me songs. All people are different i guess. My situation was a little diffrent tho coz we go to school together. So what i did was i never contacted her via phone .i use my phone to post me and my friends going out and having fun. in person i just smiled whenever i saw her but never talked to her. Just show them your happy even without them. Shes texted me while i was writing this comment haha. Thanks again coach lee

My child’s father is the only one that initiates reaching out… a week after the break up, he sent a message about why he decided to “just walk away”, but he was really only reminding himself to make sure he “wasn’t tripping”. Come to find out his reason wasn’t even something based on fact.. then he said to “just forget it” 😂. About a week later (yesterday) we saw each other face to face so he could see our daughter. Things went nicely we were getting ready to go and he gave me the tightest hug then we went our separate ways. I’m still no contact. No need to question the hug cause part of me knows what it meant.
I’ve probably watch about 20 something of your videos so far because they are the only way I can calm down and stick to no contact. It’s day one (would’ve been day three if I didn’t call him yesterday to clear my slate for begging and wished him well) we were together for a year and a lot of what you’re saying is making sense. Years ago I went through this in my first marriage. I left as he was emotionally distance and breaking away. First I wanted reconciliation but it was like being taken for granted... again. He claimed I was clingy etc . We had children. Then after long period of depression bordering on despair. I decided being along was better than daily rejection. I packed self and kids and set myself as steel to not return no matter how I wanted or felt. But really I was dead emotionally. I suppressed everything.
But YES... He came back again desperate... Again and again and again. But I would not budge. I couldn't go thru That Hell and devaluation ever again. Years later he came again to get back together. But I could feel nothing . The thought of reliving that did it. Nothing good remains. He would beg and promise but I said I will Never take that chance again as I did once as it just devalues me in his mind ... He will never have the Love I once expressed or thought existed ever. Again. It was a sure and secure thing that was why it held no value to him.
Strange that. Many seek that but don't value what they have until it is gone.... Or given to another who cherished it I was not ugly by NO means. I could easily find another... But I always hold back cause you never know... I don't sleep around. I maintain friend ships ... If it gets serious I back off.

unfortunately i broke the NO after 3 months. they didn’t respond so I got the closure I need to move on. I realize it had nothing to do with me they where toxic and have they own demons/healing to do. i’m focused on myself now and i know my worth. I’m ready to move on and excited on what the universe has in store for me

I went in NC over a month ago. Im working on myself and spending time with friends and family. It does get easier, I just can’t shake the feeling that he is the one for me and I just miss him everyday. I keep watching the video’s and reading the comments. Hopefully it will work out for me in the end. With or without him.
"No Contact" usually starts working when they realize that your focus is no longer on them and they no longer have a say in any decisions you make going forward. For me, NC started working within two weeks...he was constantly calling me...I wasn't calling him because I really didn't have anything to say to him. At a certain point, he would sometimes call me in tears and angry, demanding to know WHY I wasn't calling him on a regular basis.
